At present,in the face of fierce competition situation and complex market environment,leaders of many enterprises feel more and more operating pressure,They begin to take measures like strategic adjustment,business upgrade,organizational refactoring,according to the internal and external operating conditions of the enterprise.However,it is not enough for enterprises to only rely on these leaders,everyone should feel the crisis.Managers and employees are a community of destiny in one boat,the manager is the captain,the employee is the sailor,only when we are in the same boat through thick and thin,and when we are united in our will,can we ride the wind and waves and reach the other side of victory.Then,how to let every employee participate in the management of the company,how to make them truly realize that the management and development of company is closely related with themselves,the implementation of employee performance management is very critical.Firstly,based on the related theories of employee performance management,this paper expounds the research achievements of performance management at home and abroad.Secondly,through the methods of the literature reference,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper analyses the current situation of employee performance management in Yuanzhen company.Problems like incomplete system,unreasonable design,incomplete assessment,subjectivity,insufficient application of results are found.And in view of these problems and deficiencies,this paper finds out the deep reasons.Thirdly,this paper optimizes and designs the employee performance assessment index system and work process in different positions include management positions,technical positions and back-office service positions.Combined with the responsibilities of each position,the key performance indicators and ability attitude indicators are extracted,and then a scientific and comprehensive employee performance appraisal system is established.At the same time,the whole process of employee performance management is improved,and the operation process is improved from the aspects of planning,implementation,assessment,feedback,and application of results,and the traditional and inefficient employee performance management mode is changed.Finally,this paper establishes the guarantee measures of the improved employee performance management system from the aspects of organization,system,culture and compensation distribution mechanism,and analyses the expected implementation effect of the new employee performance management system.This article has great practical significance for the management and development of Yuanzhen company.The research on the improvement of the company employee performance management system is helpful for managers to analyze the problems and deficiencies on the company management from the perspective of employee performance management,and is helpful to accelerate the realization of development strategic goals.At the same time,this article is expected to have some reference value to the employee performance management system of other companies which is the same as Yuanzhen company.
