With the development of in-vehicle voice interaction experience from basic commands such as information services,map navigation,telephone communication,audio-visual entertainment,and vehicle control to intelligent and personalized emotional communication,the voice interaction function has become one of the representative functions of smart cars.Under this trend,the concept of voice assistant is derived: the voice assistant can more intuitively show the "emotion of the voice interaction system" through the virtual appearance image,which makes the feedback method of the voice interaction system multi-dimensional,and promotes the cockpit system to become intelligent process of emotional and emotional development.In addition to affecting the operating experience of voice interactive commands,the image of voice assistants abstracts the functions in the car into emotional expressions,which can often empower the entire vehicle system and even the entire driving experience.The project in this article comes from the Desay SV Blue Whale OS R&D project,one of the core businesses of Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Electronics Co.,Ltd.(Desay SV).In June 2021,Desay SV started the research and development of the Blue Whale 5.0 OS,including the design and development of the voice assistant.Therefore,the company established the Blue Whale 5.0 OS voice assistant design and research and development team.The team consists of seven members,including two product managers,two designers,and three software engineers.The specific contents of the project work include: 1.Through the analysis of the market and competing products of the vehicle-mounted voice assistant,as well as the analysis of Desay SV’s corporate nature and project objectives,the design direction of Desay SV’s vehicle-mounted voice assistant was obtained.2.Use methods such as brainstorming,user perception image board,and sketch deduction to design and create the appearance and expression of the vehicle voice assistant,and form a design rendering.3.3D digital model design and skeletal animation design based on design renderings.4.Adjust the skeletal animation information for car-machine adaptation.5.Optimization and iteration.The overall project has gone through two rounds of sketches,two rounds of 3D renderings,multiple rounds of 3D motion effects,and the iteration and optimization of the multi-wheeled vehicle-machine adaptation work,and finally completed the research and development of products that conform to product innovation strategies and industry development trends.Work,and successfully participated in the company’s 35 th anniversary celebration exhibition.At present,the project prototype has passed the relevant evaluation and testing of the company,which provides a reference value for the optimization and iteration of Blue Whale OS research and development,and also lays the foundation for the exploration of innovative design strategies of enterprise voice assistants and the design,development and implementation process of voice assistants.
