With the development of information technology,the advantages of intelligent manufacturing are becoming more and more obviou s,and in the context of intelligent manufacturing,how to optimize the manufacturing service process and improve its execution efficiency are very important.The manufacturing service process is that the enterprise integrates a large number of decentralized and heterogeneous manufacturing service combinations into a complete manufacturing service chain.The key issue is choosing the manufacturing service process that best suits the user’s needs.Enterprises must start from the perspective of us er needs so that the branch coefficient of the control structure plays a key guiding role in the manufacturing service process.A common problem in the optimization of manufacturing service processes is the imbalance of the control structure in the process.In general,the selection,parallel or synchronous structure contains more than 2 branches,some of which take a long time to increase the time cost of the overall process,and some branches have low service quality affecting the customer’s evaluation of the overall process,and some branches have high costs that damage the interests of service providers.Aiming at this problem,this paper studies a multi-objective optimization method of the manufacturing service process and applies it to the manufacturin g service process optimization of transmission of an automobile manufacturing enterprise.First,the control structures in the 5 basic structures are discussed,the imbalance of the process control structure is described in detail,and the optimization requirements and optimization goals are determined.Then,the attribute parameters of the manufacturing service process are studied,the multi-objective optimization model of time,cost,evaluation quality,and profit attributes is established,and based o n the micro multi-objective genetic algorithm,the comparison and selection of different individuals are realized by the non-dominating hierarchical ranking method,the restart method,and the individual crowded distance comparison technology,and the mult i-objective optimization method of the manufacturing service process is studied,and the multi-objective optimization method of the manufacturing service process is verified by the study example.Finally,the method studied is applied to the multi-objective optimization problem of the manufacturing service process of the transmission of an automobile company.In the context of carbon quota-carbon trading and remanufacturing,by analyzing the production status and current problems encountered by an automobil e manufacturing enterprise,a multi-objective optimization model of the manufacturing service process of the transmission is established,and the optimization goals are taken as the optimization goals to evaluate quality,profit,and carbon emissions,and the optimization results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
