| As one of the important pillar industries of the construction industry,ready mixed concrete industry had developed in China for more than 40 years.While fully sharing the development dividends of China’s economic construction,the ready mixed concrete industry were also experiencing a series of practical problems,such as low quality of industry operation,homogenization of product supply,intensification of market operation.It was labeled as "high pollution","high energy consumption","low efficiency" and "low product added value" for the ready mixed concrete industry.Standing at the new starting point of China’s "14th five year plan" development,It had became the key factor to the high-quality and sustainable development of ready mixed concrete enterprises that how to lead the ready mixed concrete industry to develop into a resource comprehensive utilization enterprise of "green operation","intelligent manufacturing" and "intelligent management"Based on the background of transformation and upgrading of ready mixed concrete industry,It was studied the gains and losses of BF company’s regional strategic development in Shaanxi during from 2016 to 2020.Combined with the relevant theories and research results of enterprise development strategy research,The strategic development objectives,development strategies and safeguard measures of BF company from 2021 to 2025 were put forward.Firstly,the paper expounds the basic situation and development history of BF company.Secondly,it analyzed and summarized the implementation of BF company’s strategy and the gains and losses in the development process from 2016 to 2020.It pointed out that BF company has three core aspects and nine outstanding problems:weak leadership ability,insufficient value creativity and insufficient brand influence.It analyzed the external environment that BF company may face from 2021 to 2025,and puts forward that BF company should give priority to S-O strategy and S-T strategy during new period.The strategic goal of "one excellence and three best" and the development strategy of "five modernizations" were included in BF company’s strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of BF company during new period,Eleven safeguard measures are proposed,including:organizational structure,Party construction guidance,investment and development,marketing,human resources,financial funds,material procurement,scientific and technological innovation,green operation,information development and brand construction.It would been helped by the above measures that promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of BF company.Studied on the regional development strategy of BF company from 2021 to 2025 through the enterprise strategy theory,"Green operation","intelligent manufacturing" and "intelligent management" have been proposed and applied to the future development of ready mixed concrete enterprises.It was also the development direction of ready mixed concrete enterprises to become a comprehensive resource utilization enterprise.The management ideas and methods in this paper would contribute to the specific application and implementation of the above scheme from 2021 to 2025.The views and practices in this paper would help to promote the high quality and sustainable development of ready mixed concrete industry probably. |
