The remanufacturability of decommissioned products is the basis and prerequisite to judge whether the products are worth remanufacturing.At present,there are many research achievements on remanufacturability evaluation in the field of complete machine at home and abroad,but few research achievements on comprehensive remanufacturability evaluation and classification of retired mechanical parts.Therefore,it has not only theoretical significance,but also economic and environmental value to carry out the research on remanufacturability evaluation and classification decision of decommissioned mechanical parts.In order to realize the rapid classification and evaluation of decommissioned parts,this paper takes decommissioned crankshafts as the research object and integrates machine learning algorithm to carry out the remanufacturability evaluation and classification decision research of decommissioned crankshafts,deeply explores the evaluation criteria and quantitative methods of the model,and realizes the automation of decommissioned crankshafts evaluation and classification.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)For the retired crankshaft remanufacturing process is complex,the problem of remanufacturing can be hard to quantify,through the analysis of the current can be remanufacturing evaluation study,to retire crank-shaft manufacturing process as the research object,from the failure,technicality,economy,resources and environment from four aspects,and carry out the evaluation criterion and index quantitative methods of research.(2)According to the four evaluation indexes of retired crankshafts,the extension analytic hierarchy process(EAHP)and the linear combination weighting method are used to build the remanufacturability evaluation model,determine the weight,and achieve the classification and classification of retired crankshafts.Aiming at the problems of uncertain recovery quantity and serious damage of decommissioned crankshaft,the corresponding perfect model of remanufacturability evaluation factor was studied.Finally,according to the specific case,the crankshaft remanufacturability evaluation and analysis are completed.(3)In view of the problem of whether retired crankshafts are worth remanufacturing,based on the classification results and related indicators of the remanufacturability evaluation model of retired crankshafts,combined with artificial intelligence algorithm,research on the classification decision of retired crankshafts is carried out to realize the classification of retired crankshafts;based on the remanufacturability evaluation data of decommissioned crankshaft,the algorithm experiment was carried out to verify the classification and prediction ability of the algorithm.(4)Based on the.net Framework platform and combined with the database,the integration software of remanufacturability evaluation and classification decision of retired crankshafts was developed by C# program language,realizing the functions of login registration,recycling prediction,database interaction,remanufacturability evaluation and classification decision of retired crankshafts.In order to realize the fast classification judgment and evaluation of decommissioned crankshaft in actual production.
