At present,the country is increasing its efforts to promote "energy saving and emission reduction".Traditional cast-in-place buildings based on high consumption and high emissions no longer meet social needs.The development speed of the construction industry has begun to decline,and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is inevitable.As the country has implemented a series of related policies in recent years,construction companies are encouraged to actively develop prefabricated construction models and promote prefabricated buildings,but the popularity of prefabricated buildings is still not high.Although compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,the prefabricated construction method not only saves resources and labor,the production speed of components is also greatly improved with the use of automated production lines,which is more in line with the national environmental protection requirements,but high The high construction cost still restricts the development of prefabricated buildings.From the perspective of the PC component manufacturer’s supply chain,this paper conducts modeling optimization research on the PC component manufacturer’s purchasing,production,and distribution links,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the total cost of PC components and improving the company’s own market competitiveness.This article first focuses on the purchasing relationship between PC component manufacturers and upstream suppliers of various raw materials.Based on JIT purchasing ideas,following the BOM constraints of PC component production and the principles of MRP formulation,it builds a supply chain ordering batch guided by MRP.The collaborative optimization model is solved by the improved butterfly optimization algorithm,and the optimal raw material procurement plan is obtained while satisfying JIT procurement,while protecting the interests of both parties in the supply chain.Secondly,focusing on the production process of PC components,based on the reality that the production line models of special-shaped PC components and non-shaped PC components are different,comprehensively consider resource constraints such as molds,buffers,and maintenance methods to reduce production time and reduce production costs.The goal is to reduce the invalidation time during production and increase the utilization rate of the production line as the goal of just-in-time production.A highdimensional multi-objective PC component production scheduling model for parallel production of multiple production lines has been established,and in order to better solve the high-dimensional multi-objective problem,based on Decomposing thoughts and proposing the MO-CGJaya/D algorithm to provide a scientific and reasonable arrangement for the production of PC components.Finally,focusing on the distribution relationship between PC component manufacturers and downstream construction sites,based on the multi-dimensional on-site requirements such as transportation cost,distribution efficiency,and distribution time,the average actual performance of transportation cost,consignee’s customer satisfaction,and fleet has been established.A mixed fleet distribution model with a target load factor.Taking the prefabricated component factory as an example,an improved multi-objective firework algorithm is proposed to solve the model.While reducing the distribution cost,it also improves the customer satisfaction and delivery vehicles on the construction site.The average actual load rate.From the perspective of PC component manufacturers,theoretical optimization modeling and application research on the supply chain can provide strong support for reducing the construction cost of prefabricated buildings and providing strong support for the further development of prefabricated buildings.
