| 10 kV cable line is the lifeline of power supply in the process of urbanization construction and development.To ensure the safe operation of 10 kV cable line is an important work related to people’s livelihood and economy.Timely and effective inspection of cable defects can effectively improve the reliability of cable line power supply and reduce unplanned power outages.The conventional cable preventive test is mainly destructive test.Although defects in cable insulation can be found effectively,the cable insulation after the test will deteriorate.Therefore,this paper makes a comparative study on the defect detection technology of 10 kV cable,and puts forward an effective method for the defect detection of 10 kV cable--the oscillation wave partial discharge detection method of 10 kV cable.Based on the classification and structure of power cable,the cable insulation test method,and the related principle of partial discharge detection,and the combination of10 kV cable structure features and operation environment,put forward using 10 kV cable oscillation wave of partial discharge detection method,It is pointed out that the influence factors such as power interference,discharge interference of test equipment and components,electromagnetic radiation,grounding disturbance and corona discharge interference should be reduced.The 10 kV cable oscillating wave method proposed in this paper detects partial discharge.Using the principle that the oscillating wave voltage can be better equivalent to the power frequency in terms of waveform and frequency,it simulates the working voltage at the engineering site,and the test voltage lasts for a short time.,the damage to the cable is low,so it will not bring new security risks.In addition,this paper also analyzes the detection principle of oscillating wave partial discharge and its positioning technology,and analyzes the influencing factors of partial discharge combined with10 kV cables.And through the analysis of the partial discharge mechanism,the theoretical basis for using the apparent discharge amount in the partial discharge measurement is clarified,and two important principles for partial discharge judgment are summarized,which are applied to the analysis of the field test data of the oscillating wave partial discharge detection.so as to have a more comprehensive and detailed understanding of the actual insulation of the cable.In this paper,the partial discharge detection test of 10 kV cable oscillating wave is carried out on site,and the continuous development of partial discharge phenomenon with the increase of test voltage is observed in engineering practice.The hidden defects that were not detected by the test verified the accuracy,practicability and field operability of the oscillating wave partial discharge detection method.The test method complies with the relevant standards and principles of partial discharge judgment and localization.In detection technology,it is a relatively accurate and practical detection method. |
