Infusion is a treatment with high risk,too fast infusion can lead to edema and even heart failure.The nurse controlled the infusion speed by adjusting the manual pulley on the infusion clip,which was not accurate.Infusion pump such medical equipment can achieve the precise control of infusion speed.Infusion pump monitoring system transmits infusion data through wireless communication technology.However,the data transmission mode of the existing transfusion pump monitoring system has some defects,such as the unification of low power consumption and long distance.To solve this problem,a monitoring system of infusion pump based on LoRa(Long Range Radio)communication technology and Django framework is designed in this paper combining low power wide area network technology.The system consists of the following three parts: infusion pump and it’s corresponding LoRa data transfer terminal child node,LoRa data transfer terminal master node and B/S web client.Firstly,the collected infusion pump data is transmitted to the master node through LoRa ad-hoc network using the child node of LoRa data transmission terminal equipped with SX1278 radio frequency chip.Secondly,the master node of LoRa data transmission terminal is used to receive data from the child nodes.Finally,the master node of LoRa data transmission terminal saves the infusion data in the Sqlite database of the local server Django framework through serial communication.The B/S web server sends the data request operation to the server,and the server sends the request operation to the Sqlite database and returns the response result to the front page.The infusion pump monitoring system based on LoRa and Django can complete the monitoring and management of infusion pump data.Django framework provides back-end management function for the system.The front page displays patient information and infusion pump data,including: patient hospitalization number,bed number,remaining infusion duration,alarm type and other information.When infusion pump alarms,it can send a buzzer alarm to alert medical staff.The system uses LoRa communication technology to make up for the defects of large power consumption and short transmission distance in the data transmission mode of the existing transfusion pump monitoring system,and has the characteristics of high security,low cost and convenient networking.The system has been put into use in ICU of Respiratory and intensive Care Department of Putuo District People’s Hospital of Shanghai,effectively improving the work efficiency of medical staff.
