Since 2018,the global economy has fallen into a period of sluggish development,and the China-US trade war is still raging.In 2020,the continents suffered from COVID-19’s influence and faced with the upgrading of emission regulations.China’s diesel engine market was affected by the changes of internal and external environment,and the instability increased.The diesel engine industry is facing severe tests from external policies,fierce competition in the same industry and changes and upgrades of Key Account’ products.In this context,the main research significance of this thesis is to find a suitable key customer marketing strategy for company C under the new situation,so that it can get a competitive lead in the increasingly severe market competition,and explore new business growth points.In this thesis,the author takes the highly representative C enterprise as the case object to conduct an investigative study on its development in the Chinese market.Specifically,considering the actual situation faced by company C and according to the current business implementation of company C,this thesis studies the current key customer marketing strategy of company C.Secondly,use resources to find a variety of channels and methods,and find the literature related to this study.Master the basic of the company,and conduct in-depth research and Analysis on the current brand product advantages and customer satisfaction of company C.Based on the analysis results of the survey,starting from the macro environment and focusing on the domestic diesel engine industry,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the external environment of C company.Finally,diagnose the internal and external problems of key account marketing of company C,and formulate a perfect and feasible key account marketing strategy according to the product characteristics and operation of company C.
