With the pursuit of people’s quality of life, noise control technology has been developed rapidly.Active Noise Cancellation(ANC)technology gradually appears in front of people, and its good control effect on low-frequency noise,so that it has been used in major fields. At this stage, most of the ANC technology is a linear control model. In the actual application, the noise environment is more complex.Due to the relationship between the aging of electronic components, the system has non-linear problems.Using a linear control model may not achieve the effect of noise reduction. This dissertation focuses on the ANC algorithm. To design more effective algorithms for the possible nonlinear problems in active noise control systems,so that they can better cope with the nonlinear problems in ANC algorithm. The specific works are as follows:(1)The convergence speed and steady-state error in the control system are two important performance indicators of the system. In this dissertation,a convex combinatorial algorithm is proposed, which balances the relationship between convergence speed and steady-state error. The two controllers in the system are regulated by a new joint function. The experimental results indicate that the system has smaller steady-state error and better noise reduction performance.(2)The traditional feedback control system is a linear control system. In actual scenes, the expected effect may not be achieved. Therefore,a feedback control based on Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)is proposed to replace the traditional adaptive filter to the GRU network.By conducting experiments in different nonlinear environments, the results show that the proposed algorithm has better noise reduction performance...
