| Preventive test is an important link in the operation and maintenance of power equipment.Through periodic testing and inspection of power equipment,the hidden danger of equipment operation can be found in advance,and it is one of the effective means for the safe operation of power equipment.However,with the growing of the grid size and more and more kinds of equipment,higher requirements are put forward for the safety and accuracy of equipment test,stability of testing equipment,reliability of power supply,professional degree of testing personnel and operational risks,so the traditional test method shows more and more deficiencies.Capacitive voltage transformer(hereinafter referred to as CVT)is a power equipment used for power supply voltage measurement,power measurement and control,automatic control,relay protection and also for power line carrier capacitance.It is an essential equipment in the operation of power grid.In this study,the test efficiency of CVT is taken as the research object,and the idea of lean management is applied to the test and inspection process of power equipment.Through scientific and efficient new test methods,the operation efficiency is improved,and then the reliability of power grid is improved.Firstly,this paper carries out theoretical research on lean management,analyzes the difference between lean production and lean management,and the main application objects and application scenarios of lean management tools.Secondly,the CVT test method and process are summarized,and the test method,test process,test personnel,operation risk,work quality and economic and social benefits involved in the test process are analyzed to find out the root cause of low CVT test efficiency.Then,the test efficiency of CVT was improved based on lean management method,including secondary voltage improvement and The Single Minute Exchange of Die(SMED)improvement.The test efficiency of CVT was improved both in the case of power failure and without power failure through two improvement methods.Finally,it evaluates the improvement effect,summarizes and calculates the improvement effect of reducing test personnel,reducing operational risk and improving work quality,and establishes a long-term mechanism to consolidate the improvement results.This research adopts literature research,investigation and study,case study and the establishment of data model,process analysis and other methods,by analyzing the problems,puts forward the solution and optimization proposal,after analysis the CVT transmission efficiency improvement for the development of the power grid,can expect through lean management method,improve the management ability of power equipment,raising the level of the lean management in power grid operation. |
