Research On The Evolution Of Panel Furniture And Its Design Application In Restaurants

At present,China attaches great importance to innovation driven development and accelerates the process of industrial digitization and digital industrialization.In this context,the primary goal of industrial transformation among various industries is coordinated development,integration and win-win.The panel furniture industry has many advantages,such as customized demand,personalized design,standardized manufacturing,batch production,intelligent sales,and comprehensive development of the entire industry chain.Therefore,it is at the forefront of the digital industry transformation era and provides a reference for the continuous development of the construction industry.The realization of the basic functions of catering buildings mainly relies on the design and selection of furniture in their dining space.This study selected panel furniture and small and medium-sized restaurants as the research objects,and from a historical perspective,analyzed the characteristics of each work by reconstructing important example digital models.The development and evolution process of panel furniture was explained,and after studying the main characteristics of panel furniture,a comparative analysis was conducted with small and medium-sized restaurants.Finally,the feasibility of the integrated design strategy of panel furniture and small and medium-sized restaurants was explored through design practice.This article is divided into six main chapters,each with the following research content:Chapter 1 is an introduction,which briefly summarizes the research object,content,and significance of this article,as well as the current era background,research status of relevant theories,and research methods and routes used in the article.Chapter 2 is a study on the development and evolution of panel furniture.Taking chronological order as the main thread,the author explores and analyzes the different characteristics of multiple important examples in history by reconstructing digital models.The author comprehensively considered the combined effects of various factors such as social needs,technological iteration,and the application of various artificial materials,and combined with the current development trend,analyzed the evolution trend of panel furniture in terms of main materials,shape forms,connection methods,and manufacturing technology.Chapter 3 is the study of small and medium-sized restaurants.The author conducts research on the concept,types,characteristics,spatial layout,and other aspects of small and medium-sized restaurants based on practical cases,and analyzes the development trend of small and medium-sized restaurants based on the historical background,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of the catering industry.Chapter 4 takes the integrated design of furniture and architecture as the starting point,combining the two major research objects of panel furniture and small and medium-sized restaurants.It mainly focuses on the form of integrated design of furniture and architecture,the inherent coupling between panel furniture and small and medium-sized restaurant design,and analyzes and deduces the integrated design strategy of panel furniture and small and medium-sized restaurants based on the key points of different example design forms.Chapter 5 is an introduction to the platform advantages of the author’s research,as well as a summary of design practice work,to verify the feasibility of the previous research.Chapter 6 mainly summarizes and reviews the research process of this article,and analyzes the limitations of this article.
