Product Design Of Hand Function Rehabilitation Training Device From The Perspective Of Service Desig

With the accelerated aging process of society,the demand for medical rehabilitation products and services is becoming more and more urgent;along with the introduction of smart medical policy,the family-oriented medical products and other social development trends,traditional medical rehabilitation products have been difficult to meet the training needs of rehabilitation patients.This paper explores the design methods applicable to home hand function rehabilitation products through the perspective of service design,and provides reference for the design research of home rehabilitation products.This paper takes the medical hand function comprehensive rehabilitation training platform as the research object,analyzes the pain point problems of existing products from the perspective of service design,finds design opportunity points through research tools,meets user needs,improves user experience,and designs the home hand function comprehensive rehabilitation trainer.Through a more in-depth study of the user’s operating behavior when using the product,and combining ergonomics and other analysis of the product to make the product have better interactivity;inviting user interviews and questionnaires to conduct research on the target user groups of hand function rehabilitation to obtain user needs.The user profile and user journey map were used to organize the user requirements of the hand function rehabilitation training device,summarize and build the function points of the hand function rehabilitation training device and establish the service system.In the product appearance design study,the imagery of users for home medical rehabilitation products was obtained through typical sample modeling.Based on the imagery vocabulary,the product design of the hand function rehabilitation trainer was designed and evaluated by expert evaluation,and the best solution was obtained to complete the product design and operation interface design of the hand function rehabilitation trainer.Finally,the design evaluation proved that the home hand function rehabilitation trainer product improved the user experience and verified the applicability of the service design approach to the home hand function rehabilitation product design.
