| In recent years,new energy and related industries have been operating in order to deal with climate change.Hydrogen energy and fuel cell can replace primary energy to provide electricity and heat energy cleanly and efficiently.Hydrogen storage is the most important problem to solve the commercial development of hydrogen energy vehicles.In this paper,on the basis of investigating the hydrogen storage technology at home and abroad,through the comparing the cost weight contrast,hydrogen storage capacity,optimized Ⅳ type hydrogen storage bottle(single tank system hydrogen storage materials)firstly.The material which we designed that used to make the hydrogen storage bottle is reasonable structure,high strength,light weight,and lower cost,good can design,process performance and economic benefits.Secondly the inflating theory model of hydrogen storage cylinder was established to simulate the influence of the geometry of hydrogen storage cylinder on the gas temperature in the cylinder.In general,the length to diameter ratio of hydrogen storage bottles is smaller,it is easier to control the hydrogen charging temperature.The smaller the inlet of hydrogen storage bottle is,the more significant the inhibition effect on temperature rise in the charging process is.Lastly through analyzing the working principle and functions of the combined valve,the material of the combined valve and the size of the main channel are selected,and through the performance test,the operation of the whole set of high density hydrogen storage cylinders is realized. |
