Invaluable to the entire management process,the compensation system-a critical element of human resource management-wields a greater sway.Adapting the compensation system to the enterprise’s development strategy is essential for its healthy growth.The human resource management of the enterprise,closely linked to its future growth,is greatly impacted by whether the compensation system is in line with the enterprise’s development.Optimizing the salary system is the primary goal to invigorate personnel,heighten their enthusiasm and contentment with their job,and bolster their sense of inclusion and allegiance to the business.SS Engineering Company is a large construction enterprise.The most effective way to motivate employees in construction projects is through compensation.Not only can salary incentive draw in new employees,but it can also boost the enthusiasm of existing ones.Moreover,it is a fundamental element of human resource management,operation management,and project management in construction businesses.In this paper,SS engineering company construction project staff salary system as the object of optimization,adopt the form of questionnaire survey,research and analysis of the SS engineering company project staff salary system in the process of implementation of feedback problems and deficiencies,using domestic and foreign relevant theories and methods to optimize the SS engineering company construction project staff salary system.This paper aims to explore the research methods and practical significance of wage system,respectively to summarize relevant articles at home and abroad,in-depth analysis of the research history,scientific research purpose and significance of the article;Through analyzing the structure and characteristics of the existing incentive mechanism for construction project personnel in SS Engineering company,and investigating the salary satisfaction of construction project personnel,the defects and causes of the existing salary system are discussed,and a more comprehensive and accurate conclusion is obtained,and the optimization design scheme and specific implementation measures are put forward.In this way,the project staff satisfaction of SS engineering company can be improved,talents can be retained and sustainable development of the enterprise can be promoted.The research can find the common problems existing in the compensation system of enterprises,and provide effective reference for other similar enterprises.
