Research On Financial Risk Management Of BYD Compan

At present,our new energy industry has changed from policy-driven to market-driven,and government subsidies have declined.In the context of the impact of COVID-19,the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the Sino-US trade war and the global economic depression,China’s new energy automobile enterprises,especially BYD,want to compete with the European and American new energy automobile enterprises represented by Tesla in the face of multiple pressures such as inflation in Europe and the United States,adjustment of the chip industry and weak domestic consumption.Only constantly strengthen technological innovation,increase the ability to develop new products to improve market share,enhance customer loyalty,strengthen financial risk management.This paper takes financial risk management as the theme,takes BYD Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and relies on the financial data of BYD Co.,Ltd.from 2017 to2021,introduces the basic situation and financial situation of BYD Co.,LTD.,identifies the existing financial risks of BYD Co.,LTD.,combined with the analysis of financial statements and financial risk indicators,and analyzes the causes of financial risks.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the financial risk of BYD Company,and puts forward corresponding prevention and control suggestions according to the evaluation results,hoping to provide reference for the financial risk management decisions of BYD Company or similar enterprises.
