Pure electric vehicles are accepted by more consumers due to their excellent environmental protection and better driving experience,occupying an increasing market share,and have developed into one of the main forms of transportation.At present,pure electric vehicles mostly adopt a single-motor-driven layout,which is limited by the characteristics of the motor itself,and cannot give full play to the advantages of the motor.Compared with traditional single-motor electric vehicles,the advantages of dual-motor drive are: all-wheel drive,with better handling and stability;after torque distribution,the dual-motor has a higher energy utilization rate,so that the vehicle has a higher The mileage.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Research and optimize the design of the control method of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the power core of the current pure electric vehicle.This paper takes a pure electric light truck as a prototype,selects dual-motor drive as the driving form of the whole vehicle,builds a dual-motor-driven vehicle model in CRUISE,and proposes a dual-motor based on particle swarm algorithm for the dual-motor drive system Drive torque distribution control strategy.In order to meet the test requirements of the dual-motor drive system,a dual-motor drive test platform was designed and built,and a dual-motor communication control system and a data acquisition system based on Lab VIEW were developed.the dual-motor torque distribution strategy designed in this paper can be While meeting the dynamic performance of the vehicle,it also improves the economy of the vehicle to a certain extent.
