Triboelectric nanogenerator is a kind of nano-energy technology that uses the frictional effect of mechanical interface friction and electrostatic induction to generate electricity.With the rapid development of the Io T,people need more and more support from small electronic devices in their daily life.At present,small electronic devices used in the layout of the Io T are still powered by traditional batteries,which will bring inconvenience in equipment replacement and environmental pollution.In view of the above problems,the emergence of triboelectric nanogenerator appears at the right time.The idea of making full use of human motion energy and environmental mechanical energy and converting them into electrical energy is regarded as a potential technical solution to promote the sustainable development of society.By optimizing the structure of the triboelectric nanogenerator,the triboelectric nanogenerator can make full use of the environmental mechanical energy.This work designs a single-fired triboelectric nanogenerator(SF-TENG)based on vertical contact separation mode.Then it was combined with Sn S2/RGO(tin disulfide/reduced graphene oxide)composite humidity sensor to construct a self-powered humidity sensing system.The single-fired triboelectric nano-generator can achieve an open circuit voltage of 500 V at 5 Hz.Its maximum output power is 378μW and internal resistance is 35 MΩ.The self-powered humidity sensing system can effectively detect the changes of environmental humidity and respiratory state.And then,this work further designs a double-fired triboelectric nanogenerator(DF-TENG)based on vertical contact separation mode,and combine it with CS/AC(chitosan/activated carbon)composite humidity sensor and STM32 MCU to build a self-powered humidity sensing system.The results show that the open circuit voltage is 680 V at 5Hz,the maximum output power is 12208μW,and the internal resistance is 7 MΩ.It can be seen that the optimized structure design can effectively improve the output power of the triboelectric nanogenerator and reduce its internal resistance.The system realizes the wireless transmission of humidity data,and realizes the overrun alarm function of humidity value.It has a broad application prospect in people’s health and industrial safety monitoring.This paper takes"new energy-new material-new application"as the research route,and explores the humidity sensitive characteristics of the humidity sensor based on the triboelectric nanogenerator.Innovative application of triboelectric nanogenerators to replace traditional energy sources to power sensors,and the combination of wearable flexible sensors and mobile portable terminals to achieve flexible humidity detection.This provides a path to follow for the construction of self-powered sensing systems.
