| With the further development of our social economy,urban production and construction projects are increasing day by day.Large-scale urban construction projects lead to increased urban surface disturbance,reduced vegetation coverage,and increased soil erosion,causing serious soil ecological problems.In recent years,with the country’s regulation of housing prices and housing purchase policies,although the construction of real estate projects has been reduced,it still occupies an important position in urban development and construction projects,accounting for about 15%of the entire national economy.Real estate construction projects have become the focus of urban soil erosion.Therefore,it is particularly important to control soil erosion in real estate construction projects,reduce environmental impact caused by construction,improve urban living environment,and effectively prevent possible soil erosion hazards.I am currently engaged in water and soil conservation consulting services,and have completed a number of water and soil conservation plans and monitoring projects in my daily work.I know that the construction of real estate projects will accelerate surface water and soil loss,so I determine the topic of this thesis.Through the above research and analysis,six characteristics of real estate construction projects were summarized such as:(1)small area;(2)short cycle;(3)low density;(4)single structure;(5)complete facilities;(6)greening rate high.5 construction features:(1)Large amount of surplus earthwork;(2)Centralized construction production living area;(3)Conducive to the deployment of earthwork and measures;(4)Many construction techniques and methods;(5)Less soil piling in the project sites.At the same time,make a targeted analysis on the characteristics of soil erosion of real estate projects.On this basis,a system of soil and water loss prevention measures for real estate projects was proposed,including three categories:engineering measures,plant measures and temporary measures.Among them,the engineering measures mainly included topsoil protection measures(topsoil stripping,topsoil recovery,etc.),precipitation storage and seepage measures(rainwater pipe network and rainwater collection pool,permeable pavement,permeable grass-planting bricks,sunken green space,rain garden and roof greening,etc.);Plant measures mainly included landscape greening of trees,shrubs and grasses,sowing grass seeds and planting lawns(including plant selection,management and maintenance),etc.;Temporary measures mainly included mud pools,temporary drainage ditches,temporary grit chambers,temporary blocking measures,and car wash platforms,temporary thatch cover,temporary greening and sowing grass seeds and other measures,which constituted the soil erosion control system for real estate construction projects.At the same time,typical design of main soil and water conservation measures was carried out.Taking the project of Block C of Dingshan Prison in Dingshu Town as an example,on the basis of collecting project data and on-the-spot investigation,and according to the characteristics of the project’s soil erosion and its prevention measures,the block was divided into construction zone,road and square zone,landscape green zone and construction production living zone.Through the mathematical model of the excavation surface of the no-water project above and the mathematical model of the general disturbance surface of the surface disturbance type,the soil erosion amount of the project was analyzed The soil erosion conservation and control system of the project was design,including engineering measures,plant measures and temporary measures.In addition to the existing water conservation measures for the main project,new measures such as temporary thatch cover,temporary grit chamber,temporary drainage ditches,and land remediation were added,and soil conservation monitoring plan was also formulated.After adding soil conservation measures to the project,the six indicators can all meet the standards except for the protection rate of topsoil.Among them,the water and soil loss control rate reached 99.19%,the soil loss control ratio was 1.67,the muck protection rate reached 99%,the coverage rate of forest and grass is 98%,and the greening rate is 21.23%(the planning requirements),all of which meet the first-class standard of the southern red soil area or meet the requirements of the planning and design points.The soil conservation design of the project had achieved the expected effect of soil erosion control.By carrying out the soil conservation monitoring of the Dingshan Prison Block C project in Dingshu Town,and analyzing the predicted value of the soil erosion modulus and the actual soil erosion modulus of the project,the effectiveness of the soil conservation measure system designed in this study was verified.The soil erosion modulus during the construction period was reduced from 5929.91t/km~2·a to667.92t/km~2·a,effectively reducing soil erosion during construction. |
