With the rapid,continuous and stable development of Chinese economy and society,the demand for electricity from all walks of life is increasing,which has led to an increase in the voltage level of transmission lines and put forward higher requirements for the operation and maintenance of transmiss ion lines.The in-depth mining of transmission line fault reports plays an important role in in-depth analysis after the accident and early warning before the accident.In this paper,taking the trip fault of transmission line as an example,based on the k nowledge graph,an automatic storage system of the trip fault database of transmission line is established based on the Neo4 j database to meet the needs of deep data mining.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Knowledge extraction for transmission line trip fault reporting.After comprehensive analysis,the combined model of Bi LSTM+CRF is used for knowledge extraction,and the training model is produced by manual annotation.The trained model is applied to the knowledge extraction of transmission line trip fault report,and its recognition effect is evaluated by corresponding indicators.(2)The construction of the transmission line trip fault database.Select the appropriate database by comparison;preprocess the text of the transmission line tri p fault report according to the text characteristics and database storage requirements;propose two organizational structures based on the transmission line trip fault report structure and the transmission line grid structure according to the characteristi cs of the transmission line.Complete automatic storage according to these two organizational structures.(3)Software design of transmission line trip fault report identification storage system.Carry out demand analysis,formulate and implement five func tional modules:preprocessing module,knowledge extraction module,storage module,database connection module and transmission line trip fault statistics module;complete the preparation of the proposed functional modules,among which the transmission line trip fault module is built-in by time There are two statistical methods,namely,the tripping faults of transmission lines by line.Taking these two methods as an example,the information statistics concerned in the operation and maintenance process of other transmission lines can be realized by a similar method.
