| With the continuous expansion of the construction industry in China,the total amount of contracts and the amount of newly signed contracts by construction enterprises have increased annually.Due to the large scale of construction contracts and complex legal relationships in the industry,the number of construction contract disputes has been steadily increasing each year,with the number of disputes far exceeding those in other areas.This is mainly due to the large number of construction contracts signed,as well as the lengthy and complex construction process.This article utilizes text mining technology,association rule analysis,and social network analysis to conduct research on the factors and relationships involved in construction contract management disputes in the construction industry.The research will cover the following specific areas:This study identifies factors involved in construction contract disputes using the text mining method.Judgments on construction contract disputes collected from the Chinese Judgments Online website will serve as the basis for text mining analysis.By constructing a professional lexicon for construction contract disputes,the effectiveness of text segmentation will be improved.Then,through the process of feature word selection and factor verification,36 factors related to construction contract disputes were extracted and classified from 368 collected judgments.Finally,the judgments on construction contract disputes were vectorized,forming a vector space matrix,which will serve as the basis data for subsequent analysis.The transmission relationships between construction contract dispute factors are investigated using the association rule analysis method.Based on a quantitative vector space model matrix of construction contract disputes,a data set for associated rules of construction contract dispute factors is established.Using the SPSS Modeler for factor present analysis,a network diagram of the relationships between construction contract dispute factors is constructed.The Apriori algorithm is then applied to identify 198 rules related to construction engineering contract disputes under the framework of support,confidence,and promotion degree of correlation rules.Using the social network analysis method,this study investigates key construction contract dispute factors and relationships.Based on the strong correlation relationships of construction contract dispute factors obtained from association rule analysis,a direct influence neighbor matrix is constructed and a social network model of construction contract dispute factors is created using Ucinet software.The 36 construction contract dispute factors are divided into 7 factor blocks through block model analysis in the overall network analysis,and the core dispute factor blocks and their included factors are determined.In the individual network analysis,the center,intermediate center,effective scale,and limit system of the 36 construction contract dispute factors are identified,including intermediate relationships between construction contract dispute factors.Based on the results of social network analysis,10 key dispute factors and 40 key dispute relationships of construction contracts are determined.Finally,the key factors of construction contract disputes are combined with key dispute relationships to propose countermeasures.There are 28 figures,27 tables,and 82 references. |
