As the tonnage of inland floating cranes gradually increases,the flexible characteristics of the boom of the floating crane ship become more apparent.When the floating crane ship operates on water or water ripples cause ship motion,the boom system will generate corresponding dynamic response,which will react on the ship and apply a certain dynamic load to the ship.This article conducts dynamic analysis and research on the boom system of inland crane ships,providing a method for large-scale structural dynamic simulation analysis.The main content is as follows:Compare the force characteristics of various types of cranes and choose a combination plan of crawler cranes and inland barges for combined use;At the same time,the overall design of the plan is carried out,and the overall body type is basically equivalent to the A-shaped boom crane ship.When the center of gravity of a crawler crane used in combination with a ship is shifted,or when the additional torque generated by crosswind loads is too large,there is a risk of the crane vessel capsizing.This article provides the stability verification indicators and parameters for the crane vessel,providing a standard for calculating the maximum inclination angle of the crane vessel in the future.According to the numerical analysis theory of multi-body system dynamics,the mathematical equations of Kinematics and dynamics of the boom system are established;On this basis,discuss the factors that affect the dynamics of the boom system.Using the direct modeling method in the finite element analysis software ANSYS,model the boom system of the crawler crane and conduct modal analysis.Analyzed the first 10 modes of the boom system and obtained the vibration modes and corresponding natural frequencies of the first 10 modes.In actual construction,it is necessary to try to avoid the working frequency of the crawler crane falling within its low order mode,to avoid resonance and cause safety hazards.This article focuses on the simulation process and conclusion analysis of the rigid flexible coupling dynamics of the boom system.Use ANSYS Workbench software to establish a plate shell model of the boom system,and import ANSYS software to establish a modal neutral file;Use the modal neutral file to import into ADAMS software,establish the flexible body model of the boom system structure,add constraints and drives according to the actual situation when the most dangerous working condition comes,establish the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model,carry out Kinematics and dynamics simulation,and solve the dynamic stress of the boom system structure.Based on the simulation results,the strength of the boom is analyzed,and the analysis results show that the structural strength of the boom needs to be strengthened to meet the requirements.
