In the practical application of engineering,the point-line meshing gear transmission has the characteristics of smooth transmission process,low noise and long service life.However,the phenomenon of alternating meshing of single and double pairs of teeth during gear meshing leads to different load distribution sizes between gear teeth and complex force conditions,which reduces the transmission performance and load carrying capacity of gears.The problem of gear meshing stiffness is a key part of the analysis and study of gear dynamic effects,in the gear transmission process,meshing stiffness change characteristics are the main factors to measure the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system.Studying the interdental load distribution and meshing stiffness of point-line meshing gear transmission is helpful to analyze the performance of the gear transmission system,improve the calculation efficiency of gear strength,and increase the promotion and application of point-line meshing gear transmission.In this paper,taking the spur single point-line meshing gear transmission as the research object,aiming at the interdental load distribution and meshing stiffness problem of the gear,the finite element simulation analysis is used to summarize the load distribution and meshing stiffness of the spur single point-line meshing gear transmission,and the calculation formula of the load distribution and meshing stiffness of the spur single point-line meshing gear transmission is given.Due to the difficulty and high cost of the experiment,it is limited by the experimental conditions and other reasons,this paper only conducts relevant research on spur single point-line meshing gear transmission from the theoretical and simulation analysis.the main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Combining the gear parameters and curving equations to obtain the gear profile coordinate points,and using the spline fitting coordinate points to drawing the tooth profile curve.(2)Solid Works is used to create a spur single point-line meshing gear transmission model and obtain a gear transmission assembly diagram.The assembled model is imported into ANSYS for simulation analysis to obtain the interdental load value,the load distribution curve diagram is made,and the calculation formula of the interdental load distribution of the spur single point-line meshing gear transmission is corrected and derived based on the theoretical calculation formula and result of the interdental load distribution of the involute gear.(3)The meshing stiffness during the gear meshing cycle is calculated by ANSYS simulation to obtain the deformation of the gear teeth of the spur single point-line meshing gear transmission wheel,and the mathematical expression of the load simulation value and the gear stiffness definition is solved.(4)The meshing cycle of the single point-line meshing gear transmission is studied in segments,the comprehensive radius of curvature formula is derived,the contact stiffness calculation formula of each segment is proposed,the relevant theoretical research methods of the meshing stiffness of the involute gear are referred to,and on the basis of the potential energy method,the meshing stiffness calculation formula of the single point-line meshing gear transmission is derived and corrected,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed to verify that the correction formula is correct.
