| In order to improve the efficiency of automobile door lock assembly production,the key step of PCB board welding in the door lock assembly process is studied.This paper takes PLC as the core of the control system,EPSON four-axis industrial robot and fast series welding control equipment as the execution unit,designs an automatic welding car door lock PCB board control equipment,clarifies the structural composition and technological process of the welding system,and focuses on The design parameters in the welding process are analyzed,and the software and hardware of the control system are designed,including the following aspects:1.The welding process is modeled by the finite element analysis software,the influence of the inclination angle of the soldering iron tip on the welding time is analyzed,the welding angle range is given,and the inclination angle of the soldering iron head is determined according to the actual situation of the model.In terms of welding head selection,three types of welding tips,20DV1,24DV1,and 30DV1 of the 911G-DV1 series were selected according to the size of the welding pins for modeling analysis,and the welding tip of model 911G-30DV1 was finally selected by comparing the heating time.The difference between the trace model via hole and the ground layer model via hole was analyzed,and the heat loss ratio of the two models was obtained by calculating the heat loss at the sampling point,and the difference in heating time of the two different via holes was explained.and determined the heating time parameters of different solder joints.2.Through FLOW-3D software to simulate the formation of solder joints,determine the amount of tin in solder joints and convert them into welding time parameters,compare with the actual welding effect,and complete the setting of welding time;The force analysis of the pins is carried out to obtain the expansion and contraction amount of the soldering iron tip within the yield strength,and the coordinate parameters of the specific welding position are determined.3.Select the equipment hardware,complete the design of the relevant circuits,and finally build a control system hardware platform with "PLC+HMI" as the core;use the TIA Portal V15.1 software to develop the PLC program of the system,and get the result according to the analysis The heating time is set with the welding time parameters of the machine,and it is set on the human-computer interaction interface,which can directly modify and control the welding parameters,which meets the needs of real-time human-computer interaction.The working current of each pin of the PCB board is detected by means of a current transformer and an analog module,and the welding effect is verified by comparing it with the rated current.After debugging operation and comparative analysis of welding effect,it shows that the automatic welding PCB board control system designed in this paper is stable and reliable,not only has good welding effect,but also improves the welding efficiency of PCB board and the assembly efficiency of automobile door locks,and meets the needs of enterprises.Mass production needs,with good application and promotion value. |
