To achieve the purpose of improving the economy and reliability of distribution network operation,as well as improving voltage quality,distribution network reconfiguration changes the operation of the network by adjusting the state of the switch.At the same time,considering the number of switch operations,it is not feasible to reconfigure the distribution network with a typical day as the reconfiguration study time at this stage.Therefore,it is important to study the reconfiguration of distribution network with distributed power supply considering the load characteristics by dividing the time period based on the month as the reconfiguration interval.Firstly,the mathematical model of distribution network reconfiguration is established.Then,using month as the reconfiguration interval,in order to get the load data of each station in the distribution network before the reconfiguration action,the load data of each station in the distribution network are clustered to get the load type of each station,and the load level coefficients of each load type are defined.In the reconfiguration interval,the load data of each station can be obtained at each moment based on the load data of each station in the historical statistics and the load level coefficients of each type of load.In order to determine the number of reconfigurations and divide the reconfiguration periods,the optimal segmentation scheme of the reconfiguration interval is obtained by using the maximum entropy-based time period division method,and the distribution network operation periods are determined and the operation modes are divided to complete the time period division.In order to reduce the size of the reconfiguration feasible solution and ensure that the reconfiguration scheme satisfies the radial operation structure constraint,a diagram reflecting the switching state in the distribution network at that moment is defined based on the actual distribution network operation structure through the mapping as well as the simplification process,which is called the reconfiguration diagram.A reconfiguration feasible solution set generation method for the distribution network is given on the basis of the reconfiguration diagram to ensure that the generated reconfiguration feasible solution satisfies the radial constraint.An improved forward back substitution method is used for distribution network tide calculation with distributed power sources,while a Pareto multi-objective processing technique with constraints is used to handle the multi-objective functions in the reconfiguration model as well as the constraints.Finally,based on the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm,the reconstruction time division method based on the load characteristics,the distribution network reconstruction feasible solution set generation method,the improved forward back generation method and the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm are combined to obtain the reconstruction optimization algorithm of the distribution network with DG considering the load characteristics.Finally,the time slots are divided by the historical load data of the actual distribution network and the predicted load data are obtained,and then the reconstructed feasible solution set is generated for the actual structure of the distribution network,and the objective function values of the feasible set are compared at each time slot to obtain the reconstructed optimal solution set,which effectively improves the operation quality of the distribution network and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
