With the development of society and the economic growth is accelerated.The global climate is gradually warming,cause the scope of high temperature environment is gradually increasing,which seriously affects people’s production and life.Reduce worker productivity and increase worker accident rates at work.Therefore,cooling clothing is widely used as an effective cooling meth od.In this paper,for high-temperature thermal environments,the ice-water mixing cooling suit,ice crystals cooling suit and phase-change material cooling suits are designed.First,a single cooling material is made in proportion,and through experiments to analyze its cooling effect.The cooling performance of the phase change material composite cooling suit was optimized,and the cooling performance of the cooling suit under different working conditions was obtained.This experiment combines theoretical analysis and experiment to measure and compare human skin temperature,sweat volume and heart rate,and the subjects were divided into 3 groups of 10 people each.In the first stage,the research conducted experiments under different labor intensities,the actual working condition was 35℃,and the relative humidity was 60%.When weating different cooling suits with different diameters of ice water mixture,polyacrylic resin cooling suits,and polyethylene glycols.To analyze the cooling status of the human body and the this cooling suits life time.The second stage is to optimize the design of the cooling suit.Under the same environmental conditions,change the working state,and study the effect of the composite cooling clothing on human function,sweat volume,thermal comfort of the human body,and the duration of the cooling clothing.The experimental results show that when wearing ice-water mixed cooling suits,the higher the ice-water mixture content,the better the cooling effect of the cooling suit.Under the same working conditions,the cooling effect of the ice crystal cooling suit and the phase change material cooling suit on the human body is higher than that of the ice-water mixed cooling suit.Compared with other wearing methods,the skin temperature changes of the front chest,shoulder blades and back waist were 8.3℃,8.2℃ and 7.3℃.The skin temperature is cooled the most.After the cooling clothing is optimized,under the same labor intensity,wearing the composite cooling suit can make the body temperature drop faster and the cooling effect is better.Under moderate labor,when wearing the phase change material composite ice-water mixed cooling suit,the highest skin temperature of the front chest,the scapula and back waist reached 34.3℃,34.6℃,and 31.2℃.To compared with without cooling suit,the skin temperature decreased by 4.2℃,2.6℃,and 2.3℃.When wearing a composite ice crystal cooling suit,the battery life is resch up to 110 minutes.Compared with the composite ice-water mixed cooling suit under the same kind of labor,the highest skin on the scapula and the back waist was 30.1℃,29.1℃,and 26.9℃,the skin tempeture were decreased by 0.2℃,1.1 ℃,and 0.9℃,respectively.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research,this paper is shown that the composite cooling suit compared to the single cooling suit,it can be reduced the skin temperature to a certain extent,improve the micro-environment of the clothing more effectively.Relieve heat stress while improving human thermal comfort.In summary,the optimized composite cooling suit overcomes the shortcomings of short battery life and insignificant cooling effect,and ensures the physical and mental health and work efficiency of high-temperature operators.
