Due to the over-dependence on fossil energy, the problems of resource shortage and environmental pollution have gradually become more and more serious, and renewable energy and electric vehicles have been vigorously developed as an effective way to solve these problems. However, the intermittent and fluctuating nature of renewable energy sources such as scenery and the random nature of electric vehicle loads can bring risks to power system operation. The integrated energy system has attracted a lot of attention from experts and scholars because it couples multiple forms of energy and loads and can promote the consumption of renewable energy. In the context of large-scale electric vehicles entering the grid,it is of great practical significance to study the optimal scheduling of integrated energy systems. Therefore, this paper researches the optimal dispatching strategy of integrated energy system based on time-of-use tariff for electric vehicles, and the research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1)Explaining the current situation of domestic and foreign research on integrated energy system and its dispatching strategy, and the dispatching strategy of electric vehicles, and taking an integrated energy system containing electric vehicles as the research object and establishing the relevant mathematical model.2)Aiming at the problem of internal energy distribution during the optimal dispatching of the scaled electric vehicle participation system,a two-layer dispatching model is introduced to electric vehicle agents, and CPLEX is used to solve the model. The upper layer is the dispatching scheme layer,in order to meet the dual-benefit optimal dispatching of economic operation and green low-carbon of the system, renewable energy consumption weight, green certificate and carbon trading mechanism are introduced, and the economic dispatching model is established with the goal of minimizing the dispatching cost to realize the collaborative optimization of electric vehicle clusters and each energy system. The lower layer is the energy distribution layer, where EV agents build an energy distribution model with the goal of maximizing user satisfaction, and guide the EVs of each cluster to participate in system scheduling in an orderly manner.3)In order to reduce the impact of source-load uncertainty on the stability of system operation and bring into play the demand-side resources,a robust optimization model considering the integrated demand response is built on the basis of 2),so that the dispatching scheme can adapt to the situation where fluctuations occur in actual operation.
