With the research and development of multi-storey long-span structure,Professor Ma Ke Jian and his team proposed a new type of long-span space structure--hollow sandwich plate.Compared with traditional structure,this new structure has the characteristics of large span,light dead weight,good integrity,high stiffness,good economic benefits,excellent mechanical properties,etc.,which can fully meet the requirements of multi-storey long-span structure and land saving requirements.In this paper,multiple mechanical properties of orthoorthotic and oblique orthoorthotic hollow sandwich plate column structures are compared and analyzed,and finite element software such as ANSYS,SAP2000 and MIDAS GEN is used for modeling and calculation.(1)The multi-storey large-span structure is introduced,including the introduction and application of various multi-storey structures,and the research status of empty sandwich plate column is described in detail.(2)The analysis method of hollow sandwich plate is introduced,and the model is built with ANSYS finite element software.Through parametric analysis,the mid-span deflection of orthogonal normal and orthogonal oblique hollow sandwich plate column structure is compared and analyzed,and the following results are obtained: By increasing the section size of key structural members(side beam,concrete slab,upper rib,lower rib),the overall stiffness of hollow sandwich plate can be significantly improved.(3)The first twelve order vibration modes of the hollow sandwich plate column structure are compared and analyzed.Through the parametric analysis and comfort comparison analysis of the fundamental frequency of the orthogonal normal sandwich plate floor structure and the orthogonal oblique sandwich sandwich floor structure,it is concluded that the length span ratio of the hollow sandwich plate,the width of the side beam and the thickness of the sandwich plate are the main parameters affecting the fundamental frequency of the structure.The peak accelerations of orthotropic and orthotropic inclined hollow sandwich floor structures are less than the requirements of the code.(4)The research progress and design methods of continuous collapse are introduced.The SAP2000 finite element design software is used for modeling,and the demolition method is used to dismantle the middle column and the corner column of the hollow sandwich plate column structure respectively.The comparative analysis of the anti-continuous collapse ability of the orthoorthotic hollow sandwich plate column structure and the orthoorthotic oblique hollow sandwich plate column structure can be concluded: After the corresponding components are removed within 0.1 times of the remaining structural cycle of the orthoorthotic and orthoorthotic oblique sandwich plate column structures,the overall structure does not collapse,indicating that both of them have sufficient load transfer paths and good anti-continuous collapse ability.(5)The concept and research progress of structural lateral stiffness are introduced.The ANSYS finite element software is used to compare and analyze the lateral stiffness of orthoorthotic orthoorthotic hollow sandwich plate column structure and orthoorthotic oblique hollow sandwich plate column structure.It can be concluded that the width of the side beam and the height of the upper and lower ribs have obvious effects on the structural stiffness.
