Planning And Design Study On The Travel And Recreation Base Of Baogai Village In Liuyang City

The rural revitalization strategy is an important initiative to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and achieve the goal of common prosperity in the new era in China.The Health China Strategy proposes to integrate health into the construction of the countryside and accelerate the construction of Health China,which promotes the orderly convergence of the Health China Strategy and the rural revitalization strategy.In this context,the rural recreation and tourism industry,as an emerging industry in the framework of the big health industry,plays a pivotal role in promoting the adjustment of rural industrial structure,revitalizing rural industries and maintaining the physical and mental health of the nationals,and will become an important new driving force for future regional economic development.In this paper,we use literature research,comparative research,field research and practical demonstration to study the planning and design theories and methods of rural recreation base,and apply them to the planning and design of Liu Yang Bao Gai Village recreation base,and get the following results.(1)Combined with the current situation of rural recreation tourism and recreation industry development,the basic concepts of "recreation tourism" and "recreation in the village" are defined.The six-degree theory,the theory of habitat environment science,the theory of sustainable development,and the theory of horticultural therapy are used as the basis of research.(2)The research is based on the "Six Degrees Theory","Habitat Environment Science Theory","Sustainable Development Theory" and "Horticultural Therapy",and summarizes the application of each theory in the ecological and natural environment,rural construction,rural resource activation and landscape combined with recreation therapy of the travel and recreation industry.(2)Selecting typical cases about travel and recreation at home and abroad,conducting horizontal comparative study,summarizing the main points of their recreation characteristics in ecological nature,cultural tourism,science and humanization respectively,forming the experience that can be referred to,and providing reference guidance for summarizing the planning and design theory of travel and recreation base.(3)Based on the site selection,target customers,natural and humanistic recreation resources and other conditions,the planning points of residential recreation bases are analyzed in depth,and the advantageous resource elements for developing rural residential recreation industry in the destination area are explored.Based on the five planning principles of integrality,humanity,health care,locality and sustainability,the planning strategies of the tourism and recreation base are proposed from four levels,including tourism and recreation brand construction,market demand,development mode and marketing services,and the methods of creating tourism and recreation base in terms of space,transportation,products,tour routes,support and attraction design are summarized.(4)Take the planning and design of Liu Yang Baogai Village as an example,and apply the relevant theoretical research results in practice.Field research and preliminary analysis of Baogai Village were conducted to determine the planning strategy,project positioning and planning objectives.The overall structure layout of "one belt,one center and five valleys" is planned,and the recreation base is divided into five functional areas: Baogai Zen area,outdoor pleasure area,mountain living area,field recreation area and folklore experience area.The core development area is planned and designed,and the special planning and design of the recreation base is deepened to create a beautiful and comfortable rural living and recreation environment.To sum up,this paper combines the theory of recreation with the planning and design of rural residence and recreation base,and summarizes the theory and method of construction of residence and recreation base.It aims to improve the theoretical system of rural residence and recreation,provide new ideas to promote rural revitalization,and contribute to the development of urban-rural integration.
