Research On The Design Of Baotou Wetland Park Under The Theory Of Resilient Landscape

The gradual deterioration of the global ecological environment has forced people to pay attention to the ecological changes on Earth,and wetlands,as the "lungs" of the Earth,play a very important role in regulating the ecological environment.However,human activities have had multiple impacts on wetlands: water resource pollution,ecological degradation,and the imminent extinction of animals and plants,leading to rapid degradation of wetlands’ self-healing ability.It was not until the concept of "resilient landscape" was proposed that designers began to attach importance to restoring the resilience of wetland ecological environment.This article will study how to integrate the concept of "resilient landscape" into the design practice of Saihantala Wetland Park in Baotou City.Through literature research,field investigation,induction and summary,and interdisciplinary research methods,the above goals will be achieved.At the same time,the above issues will be studied through four steps: "theoretical research-case study-induction and summary-design practice".We have sorted out the development context of resilient landscape theory and wetland park design,understood their theoretical relevance,and summarized the treatment methods for wetland parks in different design schemes at home and abroad,as well as the ways and methods to integrate resilient landscape concepts into actual design schemes.Through research and learning of theoretical knowledge,the design strategy was summarized as follows: 1.The design site was divided into three areas to protect wetland resources,namely: key protected areas,tourist viewing areas,and development and utilization areas.2.Establish a resilient water system,utilizing methods such as rainwater gardens,sunken squares,permeable paving,and setting up Hydrological monitoring points.3.Enhance the cultural resilience of the venue and incorporate distinctive ethnic cultural connotations into landscape design.The overall planning of the site is designed according to the spatial structure of "one belt,two centers,and three regions",promoting and promoting local characteristic culture to tourists,enhancing the awareness of local ethnic culture,and striving to enhance the ecological resilience of the wetland park while also enhancing cultural resilience.Through the design methods and strategies developed in this article,we hope to provide research value and reference significance for the design and application of resilient landscape wetland parks in the future.
