| With the deepening of rural aging,the home-based endowment model has put forward new requirements for the quality of rural housing.As the existing health building evaluation standards are aimed at urban housing,how to meet the health of rural housing needs to be further explored.Rural residential buildings in Baoding Plain of Hebei province have the problems of poor thermal environment and low health in winter.Baoding suburban farmhouse,as the typical representative of the northern farmhouse,rural residence in baoding suburban area as an example,this paper through to the farmhouse,the elderly residents of indoor thermal environment health survey research,to explore the health thermal environment quality to create healthy,comfortable and comfortable old farmhouse,living environment,maintain the mental and physical health of the elderly users main factors.This paper mainly deals with the problems that affect the health of elderly residents in the thermal environment of farm houses.In the perspective of health thermal environment,this paper focuses on the elderly residents health status and thermal environment health risk as a starting point,first of all,using literature research combing the domestic and foreign health building standards of selfevaluation of health requirements of the thermal environment as well as the method is applicable to the farmhouse,residents in the evaluation of the entry,than choose the farmhouse,interior space thermal environment health assessment of subjective and objective content.Secondly,using the method of large sample survey,the basic situation of the existing rural houses in the suburbs of Baoding was investigated,and the common problems of the traditional rural houses in the suburbs of Baoding were summarized.To solve these problems,taking a typical farm house as the research object,aiming at the four main functional areas of the indoor environment of the benchmark building(living room,south bedroom,north bedroom,kitchen),the objective measurement scheme of the thermal environment is designed.The objective building data such as building shape parameters,construction methods and indoor measurement data of winter thermal environment are obtained.Based on the self-assessment of health and illness of rural residents,a subjective self-assessment health questionnaire related to indoor thermal environment of rural residents was designed.The subjective data of local elderly residents’ self-rated health status,thermal environment perception,thermal environment health risks and threats were obtained.Thirdly,Stata software was used as the analysis tool to conduct multi-level regression analysis on the subjective and objective data of the self-evaluation of building and human health,and an improved model of the correlation effect between thermal environment and health was built.The results show that individual subjective factors and objective building factors affect the health of elderly residents.Among the subjective factors at the individual level,age and living habits have a greater impact on the physical health status,while the marital status has a greater impact on the psychological self-rated health status.Among the thermal environment perception factors,indoor temperature perception exceeded the influence of wind speed and humidity,and had the greatest impact on the health of elderly residents.Among the objective factors of the living floor,the window type is the biggest threat to the health of the elderly residents.The conclusion of this study provides a basis for the improvement of indoor thermal and humid environment health and the design of farm houses in this area.In this paper,the perspective of health environment is introduced to provide a new perspective for the study of indoor thermal environment of existing farm houses,and the corresponding theoretical analysis is carried out.The thermal environment of an existing rural house was measured,and the spatial thermal environment quality was comprehensively evaluated by combining subjective and objective methods,which provided the basic quantitative basis for the improvement of the thermal environment quality of rural elderly housing.The design factors affecting the subjective and objective evaluation of thermal environment are summarized to provide the direction for the optimization of the thermal environment quality of the rural elderly. |
