Research On Internal Audit Informatization Construction Of Z Construction Enterprise

Internal audit plays an important role in the management and supervision of enterprises.With the development of information environment,the traditional audit mode is changing to the information audit mode.It is urgent to accelerate the information construction.Construction enterprises are facing the rapidly changing international and domestic markets.As a representative of the traditional industry,the volume of basic data is huge and the degree of complexity of data information is high.The traditional internal audit method can no longer meet the new requirements of the high development of information technology proposed by the modern internal audit.Combining with the characteristics of subjects,this paper USES literature research,case analysis,field investigation,questionnaire,interview and content analysis,the method of combining the Z construction study of informatization construction of enterprise internal audit,found the problem and reason analysis,internal audit informationization improvement scheme and guarantee measures are put forward,thus promote the Z enterprise innovation audit method,Improve audit quality and efficiency,and provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of internal audit of other construction enterprises in the construction industry.First of all,the literature on internal audit,internal audit informatization and internal audit of construction enterprises is sorted out and summarized,the basic concepts are defined,and the theories of fiduciary responsibility internal control,information management and data mining are elaborated.Secondly,taking Z enterprise as the research object,the questionnaire is distributed to investigate the status quo of the enterprise’s internal audit informatization construction and find out the existing problems: Due to the weak foundation of informatization,data cannot be shared,expected functions cannot be realized,the coverage of audit informatization is limited,the information system is disconnected from the needs of enterprises,some required functional modules have not been built,the top-level design lacks consideration of system interoperability,and the training mechanism of informatization complex audit talents is missing.Again,to solve these problems,put forward the internal audit work of informationalization construction of the informatization and management improvement plan,including construction audit preparation,implementation,report,audit data collecting and processing data phase of the operation information,to establish perfect information input system of China,the highly effective internal audit information management,security information output control function.Finally,the paper puts forward a series of safeguard measures for the construction and operation of internal audit informatization.Through the research,this paper draws the conclusion that Z enterprise can optimize the internal audit effect by strengthening the internal audit information construction,so as to optimize the enterprise risk early warning mode,improve the strategic decision-making ability and risk prevention and control ability.This paper combines internal audit informatization with the actual situation of construction enterprises,enriches the theoretical content and practical experience of internal audit informatization,and provides a new idea for construction enterprises to support the sustainable development of internal audit construction.
