Due to the installation and lubrication requirements and the existence of machining errors in the cycloidal pinwheel transmission mechanism,there is a gap between the cycloidal pinwheel and the needle teeth,which affects the transmission accuracy of the cycloid pinwheel transmission mechanism.Aiming at the two main shortcomings of cycloidal pin gear transmission,namely backlash and torque pulsation,this paper analyzes the effect of the gap caused by the machining error of the main components of the cycloidal pinwheel transmission mechanism on the backlash and transmission ratio,and derives its calculation.Formula,and put forward an optimal tolerance distribution principle of the cycloid pin-wheel drive mechanism.The full text is as follows:(1)Based on the forming principle of the cycloidal gear tooth profile curve,the tooth profile equation of the cycloidal gear tooth profile is introduced,the position relationship between the pin tooth and the cycloidal gear is analyzed,and the position relationship formula between the pin tooth and the cycloidal gear is deduced.Calculate its transmission ratio at different positions.(2)Analyze the influence of the machining error of the needle tooth and the needle wheel,the modification and machining error of the cycloidal wheel,the bearing clearance error on the transmission of the cycloidal needle wheel during the transmission of the cycloidal needle wheel,and the influence on the transmission of the cycloidal needle wheel.The transmission error and backlash are calculated and analyzed.Through calculation and analysis,it is found that the larger the radius of the needle teeth,the greater the impact on the transmission,the pressure angle modification of the cycloidal gear has little effect on the transmission of the cycloidal pinwheel transmission mechanism,and the bearing clearance will increase the lag angle error and decrease Lead angle error.(3)Synthesize the influence of three factors: the machining error of the needle tooth and the needle wheel,the modification and machining error of the cycloidal wheel,and the bearing clearance on the transmission of the cycloidal needle wheel,and calculate the backlash and transmission ratio,and analyze the single error The relationship with the overall error.Comparing the lag angle caused by the comprehensive error and the single factor error,it can be concluded that the error calculation of the lag angle conforms to the principle of single factor accumulation,and the mutual interference between each error is small.(4)Establish a tolerance distribution model,and use the Monte Carlo method to carry out the optimization study of tolerance distribution,and derive the optimization equation of tolerance distribution.The research results of the subject provide more ideas for the error analysis of cycloidal pin wheel transmission,and provide new methods and options for the process distribution of cycloidal pin wheel transmission.
