| In the past two decades,with the progress of the national economic strength,the level of power use in China has achieved leap-forward growth.Power transformers,as the main electrical equipment for power transformation and distribution,have been heavily invested in the power industry.However,with the increase of the use base and use time,failures occur frequently.Due to the complex structure of the transformer,the fault diagnosis process is difficult.At present,the transformer diagnosis method is in the immature stage,and it is of great significance to the research of the diagnosis method.The author through to the traditional transformer fault diagnosis method,the intelligent fault diagnosis methods,the partial discharge fault diagnosis method of fault diagnosis methods and thermal analysis,it is concluded that the above method in the diagnosis of transformer process mainly has three steps: first to the normal operation of the transformer in the process of acquisition of diagnostic quantity will collect data for analysis;Then,the diagnostic quantity under the fault state is collected to analyze the diagnostic quantity between the normal state and the fault state.If the difference reaches the prescribed value of the fault,this quantity can be used as the quantity of the fault diagnosis for research.Finally,the diagnosis quantity is collected in real time and compared with the diagnosis quantity in normal state to determine whether the fault occurs.In view of the above research,the author designs a diagnosis method based on the simulation data of electric field,magnetic field and temperature field,and verifies the feasibility of this method,and puts forward the advantages of this method.This article first to the figure of S11-M-630/10 of the transformer core,winding for 3 d modeling,and the main fault(partial discharge fault and heat)diagnostic method is analyzed,using ANSYS finite element simulation software for transformer under the normal operation of the electric field,magnetic field and temperature field simulation,the simulation results are compared with existing data,Ensure data correctness;Then,three common faults of transformer overcurrent,single-phase grounding and device aging are simulated.The simulation data of the two states are compared,and the results show that each field quantity is in accordance with the prescribed value of the fault,which verifies the feasibility of this method.It provides two data acquisition methods for magnetic field and one data acquisition method for temperature field to improve the actual data acquisition.The data obtained in this paper are in good agreement with the reference data,and the proposed method is feasible.This method can understand the operation process of transformers through simulation,and can simulate a variety of fault states for different types of transformers.It has the advantages of maneuverability,high accuracy,large amount of diagnosis,low cost and so on,and has certain research value. |
