The automatic train operation(ATO)subsystem of communication based train control(CBTC)can automatically control the train to run according to the train operation curve,so that the train can run safely and on schedule with low energy consumption and make passengers have a good riding experience.Therefore,when the train ATO control mode is certain,the optimization of train operation curve is the most important means to improve the quality of train operation.Based on the ATO system of the train operation control system based on communication,this paper analyzes the train operation curve through genetic algorithm from the perspective of multi-objective.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,the control structure of ATO system and train control strategy are deeply analyzed,and the performance evaluation standard and train operation mode of ATO system are determined.From the perspective of train dynamics mechanism,the calculation method of train operation performance evaluation index is established,and two different train energy consumption calculation schemes are proposed to accurately optimize the range of energy consumption,and the optimized train operation curve is simulated based on Genetic Algorithm in Matlab environment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Starting from the functions that urban rail train auto drive system should have,its architecture is analyzed.Specifically,the control structure and control strategy of ATO system are analyzed,and on this basis,the hardware architecture of the whole auto drive system and the functions completed by each sub unit are determined.(2)Determine the factors and specific optimization indexes that should be considered in the multi-objective optimization of automatic train operation control.The train evaluation indexes mainly analyzed in this paper include the comfort index,energy saving index,speed protection index,punctuality index and precise parking index in urban rail train operation.The weight value of each index is evaluated and calculated by the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),entropy method and fuzzy mathematics.(3)The calculation method of each train performance index is established and a new energy consumption model is proposed.When the train operation curve and operation line have been determined,the train operation process is simulated,and then the calculation of each evaluation index when the train is running on the curve is completed.(4)The basic operation mode of ATO is proposed,and on this basis,the coding rules and their corresponding relationship with the operation curve are determined based on genetic algorithm,and the complete multi-objective optimization scheme of the operation curve of train auto drive system(ATO)is determined through genetic algorithm.According to the needs of optimization algorithm,MATLAB software is finally used to optimize the train operation curve by using genetic algorithm.Using the method determined in this paper,taking the optimization of a specific line operation curve as an example,the optimization of ATO operation curve of subway train in multi section operation is completed.
