| Now,due to the advocacy of energy conservation and emission reduction and the convenience of the subway itself,the subway has become one of the main means of transportation for modern urban residents,which makes the safety of subway vehicles become particularly important.In this paper,TC car of B-type stainless steel spot welding subway car,which is widely used,is taken as the research object.In the design stage of the car body,finite element method is taken as the theoretical basis and software such as Hyper Mesh and ANSYS are used as auxiliary tools to carry out performance simulation analysis on the car body.The specific contents are as follows:The first is the strength and stiffness analysis.First,11 load conditions are determined according to ASME RT-2-2014 standard,and then the car body is calculated.The calculation results show that 9 working conditions meet the standard requirements,and the other two working conditions also meet the standard requirements after the structural improvement.In terms of stiffness,under the condition of the maximum body load,the maximum vertical displacement of the bottom side beam is 11.085 mm,which is less than 1‰ between the two bogie support points,namely 15.6mm.The body stiffness also meets the requirements.Then the modal of the steel structure and the vehicle body in the condition of reconditioning are analyzed and calculated.The frequencies of the three modes of diamond deformation,first-order vertical bending deformation and first-order torsional bending deformation are compared and analyzed.The frequency of the first order vertical bending deformation mode under the condition of preparation is greater than 10 Hz,and the vehicle body modal meets the standard requirements.Finally,three fatigue load conditions of vertical,longitudinal and transverse were determined based on BS7608 standard.Then,20 evaluation points of car body base material and weld were selected for fatigue strength analysis.The calculation results show that the cumulative damage ratio of 20 evaluation points is less than 1,and the fatigue strength of the car body meets the standard requirements. |
