| The shunting operation is an important part of the technical operation of large railway passenger stations.The quality of shunting operation plan is related to whether the station can effectively and orderly complete the transportation task of the day shift plan.At present,the large-scale railway passenger stations still use manual preparation in the preparation of shunting operation plan.The complexity of planning is high,and information sharing is not realized with the railway bureau passenger dispatching and other departments(such as vehicle depots),resulting in poor real-time performance and long time consumption of planning,and often mistakes,omissions and low quality of planning.Based on the current working mode of the station and the scientific classification of shunting operation tasks,this paper designs the task hook plan data model,constructs the contour plan sorting algorithm by using the basic idea of PERT graph,and realizes the automatic preparation of shunting operation plan.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the basis for the preparation of shunting operation plan of railway passenger stations,the basic data required for the preparation of shunting operation plan are collected,and a total of 16 types of shunting tasks are analyzed.According to the number of hooks used to complete each shunting task,the corresponding hook plan content and the operation similarity,the shunting work is finally divided into seven types of tasks,and each type of shunting task is described in detail.(2)Based on the analysis of seven types of shunting operation tasks corresponding to the hook plan,the technical parameters needed to realize each type of task hook plan are summarized,and the logical structure and physical structure of the task hook plan database are designed,which provides data support for the automatic preparation of shunting operation plan.(3)Based on the basic idea of PERT diagram model and the regulations of the operation plan of arrival and departure lines of railway passenger stations,an automatic scheduling algorithm for shunting operation plan is constructed.Firstly,the sorting model of input-output library contour plan is established.Secondly,according to the time constraints obtained by the contour plan sorting model,the sorting model of shunting operation in the library is established.Finally,the automatic preparation of shunting operation plan is realized based on task hook plan database.(4)The automatic preparation of shunting operation plan for large railway passenger station is realized by Excel and VBA programming language.The program can generate the shunting operation sequence in the library by one key,and automatically generate the shunting operation sequence in the library.Taking the actual shunting work of a large railway passenger station one day as an example,the automatic preparation of the plan is realized,and the feasibility of the automatic preparation algorithm is verified by comparing the results with the actual plan.The research on automatic preparation of shunting operation plan for large railway passenger stations has realized the automatic preparation of shunting operation plan,reduced the workload of shunting area leaders,and improved the automation level of railway station planning.In addition,when the train delays occur,the real-time adjustment of the plan can be realized to meet the on-site demand for rapid adjustment of the stage plan. |
