| Permanent magnet synchronous motor has many advantages,such as simple structure,small volume,strong practicability and high efficiency.It has been widely used in the field of high precision control,such as aerospace and robot research.However,PMSM is a complex system with strong coupling,multi variable and nonlinear.In order to meet the control requirements of high reliability and high performance in complex working environment,many problems caused by parameter perturbation and external disturbance are needed to be solved.Therefore,it has the dual value of theory and engineering application to realize the way and strategy of speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor with high performance and high reliability.Based on the analysis of PI control and sliding mode control,this thesis studies the tracking accuracy,response speed,and steady-state error of the algorithm.The fractional-order PI control algorithm is used to improve the hysteresis of PI control;the multi-parameter characteristics of the multi-power sliding mode approaching law control algorithm are used to improve the shortcomings of excessive chattering of sliding mode control.In order to improve the response speed of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,reduce chattering,improve stability and anti-interference,the research is mainly carried out from three aspects: First,the tracking accuracy of the fractional PI control is poor,and the response speed is not sensitive and stable.The state error is large and the multi-power sliding mode control has problems of chattering and poor stability.An improved fractional-order PI multi-power sliding-mode reaching law control algorithm is proposed;secondly,in order to verify the fractional-order PI multi-power the practicability of the sliding mode reaching law control algorithm,the improved reaching law control algorithm is applied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor controller,and a fractional PI multi-power sliding mode reaching law controller is designed;finally,aiming at The permanent magnet synchronous motor has the problems of slow response speed,excessive chattering,and poor anti-interference performance.The simulations of PI controller,sliding mode controller and fractional PI multi-power sliding mode controller are analyzed and compared,and the improved control The device can reduce chattering,improve response speed,enhance anti-interference performance,and improve robustness.The research results can be effectively used in permanent magnet synchronous motor controllers,and have great significance for the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor control. |
