Based On Process Analysis Study On Layout Planning Of Dalian International Air Express Industrial Park

In recent years,with the rise of e-commerce,the express industry has gradually played an important role in China’s modern service industry.Among various modes of transport,air transport has become the first choice of many express enterprises with its advantages of accuracy,safety and timeliness,which has also greatly promoted the development of air express industry.However,with the rapid rise of the air express industry,airports take little account of the needs of express companies,and problems such as insufficient infrastructure for air express have gradually emerged.In order to accelerate the development of air express industry,the Chinese government has issued relevant policies many times in recent years to support the construction of air express infrastructure and other aspects.Under this background this article in a park as an example,the layout of the air express in order to avoid the related enterprises in the park construction,only from their own perspective and ignore park internal process and the effective connection between each function,after the check and summarize the related academic achievements at home and abroad,put forward in this paper,the air express the understanding of the park layout planning,That is,the spatial arrangement of each express delivery node and route enables the operational process and each node in the park to be effectively linked,thus providing support for the economic development of the local region.First of all,on the basis of clarifying the basic concepts and characteristics of air express parks,this paper divides air express parks into three types: domestic mutual transformation,domestically and internationally mutual transformation and international mutual transformation according to the radiation scope of airports and other factors,and determines the corresponding operation process mode and layout method according to different types of parks.Then taking Dalian International Air Express Industrial Park as an example,the routes and nodes inside the park are studied under the premise of clarifying the construction background and nature of the park.For routes,different types of operation process spatial patterns are designed respectively after analyzing the flow direction of goods in the park according to the operation process inside the park.For nodes,the improved SLP method is proposed on the premise of smooth operation process inside the park,which not only makes up for the low efficiency of SLP and difficulty in obtaining optimal solution,but also improves the problems of insufficient closeness of each functional area,unreasonable operation process and low space utilization rate.Finally in clear dalian international air express industrial park space layout pattern and each function under the premise of the relative position,on the aspect ratio of each functional area,planning scope,the relative position of constraints,and using the Lingo software to find the optimal solution,at the same time,by the layout scheme in combination with the practical situation of the park for the scheme to adjust again,It provides theoretical support for the layout planning of Dalian International Air Express Industrial Park.Through the discussion of the routes and nodes of the air express park,this paper effectively connects the operation process with the layout of the functional area,and finally arranges a complete planning scheme of the air express park,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the air express infrastructure.
