Research On The Design Of Tourism Auxiliary Products For The Elderly Based On UCD Theor

Under the current trend of paying attention to health tourism,auxiliary products to meet the needs of the elderly travel are scarce,and with the increasing number of elderly patients with chronic diseases,in the special scenario of tourism,products focusing on the health of the elderly also emerge one after another.However,these products are targeted to users and cannot meet the needs of most elderly people.Therefore,guided by UCD(User-centered Design)theory,this project comprehensively considers the needs of elderly users in tourism and aims to design a tourism auxiliary product that can solve the pain points of elderly people in the process of tourism and improve User experience.This topic firstly conducts an in-depth study on the relevant research status and results at home and abroad,and clarifies the urgent needs of tourism AIDS for the elderly.Secondly,it studies the relevant content of UCD theory,clarifies the relevant concepts and design process of UCD theory,and provides guidance for the subsequent design practice.Then,the research and analysis of tourism auxiliary products,to understand the product status and design trend.Thirdly,a comprehensive survey is conducted on the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly group,and various methods such as natural observation,user interview,questionnaire survey,user portrait and user experience map construction are adopted to obtain and analyze user needs.In addition,Kano model is used to design questionnaires to screen and extract the core needs of users,and then functional integration and transformation of user needs are carried out.Confirm product design direction.Finally,in the design practice,the scheme was designed according to the established design principles and design positioning,and the scheme was compared and analyzed through the user satisfaction test.The final design scheme was obtained after optimization,and the function,structure,material,color,man-machine size and other elements of the final scheme for the elderly tourism auxiliary products were described in detail.And the design evaluation of the scheme is carried out to achieve product iteration optimization.It is hoped that the research of this subject can provide a reference case for researchers related to tourism AIDS products for the elderly.
