| In recent years,with the gradual progress of power system reform,the competition situation of electric power industry is also increasingly fierce.For power companies,only when we pay more attention to performance management,we can promote the core competence of enterprises effectively and lay a good foundation for the achievement of organizational goals.Performance appraisal is an important part of performance management.In addition,the Balanced scorecard can effectively promote the realization of enterprise development strategy,so it is widely used in domestic and foreign enterprises.In the context of the new era,in order to improve the innovation ability of electric power service enterprises and enlarge their competitive advantages,power supply company urgently needs to improve their performance management level and gradually establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,so as to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality and efficient development of the enterprise.Taking Qinglong County Power Supply Company as the research object,this paper summarizes and analyzes the existing theoretical research results at home and abroad,finally selects the balanced scorecard to optimize the company’s performance appraisal system by comparing them,and make full use of the advantages of the balanced scorecard to promote the smooth implementation of performance appraisal.Firstly,i sort out and summarize the status quo of Qinglong County Power Supply Company’s performance appraisal.Through the questionnaire survey and making statistics on the results of the survey,i understand the status of performance appraisal work and analyze the company in the performance appraisal of the existing deficiencies,including the company’s performance appraisal system for the lack of publicity,the index design lacks rationality,the manager and the staff lack the communication and the feedback,the performance appraisal flows in the form,the result application simplification and so on.The causes of these problems are analyzed,including the leader does not pay attention to performance promotion,the indicator design is out of line with reality,the lack of communication feedback mechanism,the department head is not responsible,and the performance is only related to salary.Secondly,in view of the shortcomings in the performance appraisal of Qinglong County Power Supply Company,I put forward a perfect optimization plan,use balanced scorecard to determine the performance indicators and AHP to determine the weight of indicators,then optimize the assessment process to ensure that the company’s performance assessment fair and reasonable.Finally,I set up to consolidate and ensure that the performance appraisal system is effective implementation of the safeguards.By optimizing the performance appraisal system of Qinglong County Power Supply Company,we hope to help it to improve the deficiencies in the performance appraisal system and promote the improvement of staff’s work enthusiasm,thus for the organization strategic objectives to achieve a good foundation. |
