With the rapid development of aerospace,equipment manufacturing,biomedical and other fields,the large-scale precision ranging technology also needs to be continuously updated.As a high-precision absolute ranging method,frequency modulated continuous wave laser ranging technology can meet the needs of a new generation of ranging scenarios and has great development potential.In this paper,starting from the principle of frequency modulated continuous wave laser ranging technology,some shortcomings of its system are practically improved,and a multilateral ranging network is built using it as a ranging method to realize the threedimensional coordinate ranging of the target point.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.We analysis the advantages and disadvantages of existing conventional frequency modulated continuous wave ranging schemes in ranging accuracy,signal acquisition,noise processing,integration,etc.Aiming at the problems of fiber dispersion and optical path drift in the existing ranging system,a frequency modulated continuous wave ranging system based on HCN gas absorption cell is designed.After that,in order to further optimize the ranging system,this paper designs a three-optical ranging system with HCN combined with resampling,which effectively improves the ranging accuracy when the signal-to-noise ratio of the ranging signal is not high.At the same time,it also relies on this system to solve the problem that the phase-fit-based ranging system cannot achieve multi-target ranging.2.Continuing the previous discussion,practical improvements have been made on the basis of the frequency modulated continuous wave ranging system based on the HCN gas cell.The ranging optical path,acquisition system,photoelectric conversion module and other parts are integrated to finally realize a high-precision frequency modulation continuous wave ranging system that can be used for real-time ranging.Experiments show that the system’s ranging error at 7.5 meters does not exceed 16 μm.3.We design and process a spherical collimating lens holder,and analyze its error source.Through the design of the collimator bracket,the system optical path difference of the distance measuring system is calibrated,and the absolute distance ranging between points is realized.Based on this,a multilateral ranging control network based on frequency modulated continuous wave is built,a four-station self-calibration model based on a spherical bracket is proposed,and the three-dimensional coordinate ranging of points is completed by the multilateral.
