Research On The Impact Of Contractual Executing Flexibility On Behavior Performance Of Contractor From The Perspective Of Justice

At present,the behavior performance of the construction contractor is not as good as expected.In order to improve the behavior performance,the employer mostly focuses on the design of contract terms,but there is often a lack of understanding between contractual executing flexibility and behavior performance of contractor from the perspective of justice.Therefore,in order to seek effective ways to improve behavior performance,this thesis constructed a relationship model among contractual executing flexibility,justice of exchange and behavior performance on the basis of theoretical analysis,and conducted an empirical study on the impact mechanism of contractual executing flexibility on behavior performance of contractor from the perspective of justice,from the perspectives of full sample and heterogeneity of ownership nature.203 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire survey,and the sample data were analyzed by SEM technology.First,the model hypothesis of the whole sample was tested by CB-SEM technology,and the following conclusions are drawn:justice of exchange plays a completely mediating role in the influence of contractual executing flexibility on behavior performance.Then,the samples were divided into two groups according to the nature of ownership.The two groups were respectively tested the significance of the model hypothesis by PLS-SEM technology,calculated the effect size,and a comparative study was made.The conclusion is as follows: the difference of ownership nature affects the relationship model among contractual executing flexibility,justice of exchange and behavior performance.Based on the results of multigroup analysis,the difference of ownership nature only affects the relationship between contractual executing flexibility and justice of exchange,and the mediating effect of justice of exchange.The above findings provide a new idea for designing and perfecting the strategy of contractual executing flexibility.At the theoretical level,the influence mechanism of contractual executing flexibility on behavior performance is analyzed,and the impact of the difference of ownership nature,among the influencing factors at the organizational level,is explored to deepen the cognition of the influence mechanism of contractual executing flexibility on behavior performance from the perspective of justice,which enrich and supplement the existing research conclusions on the relationship between contractual executing flexibility and behavior performance.In practice,the findings of this study provide some guidance for the management practice of contractual executing flexibility.
