| Global new energy vehicles are entering a window of rapid development,and more and more show the trend of intelligentization.Intelligent functions in new energy vehicles are often inseparable from the support of Telematics platform,and only the efficient and stable operation of Telematics platform can provide users with better driving experience.Telematics platform operation and maintenance project management is particularly important,but compared with the general project,the technical environment of Telematics is more complex,and the operation and maintenance content is related to more,which greatly reduces the management efficiency of the operation and maintenance project and increases the difficulty of Telematics platform operation and maintenance project management.To solve the problems in IT operation and maintenance project management,the traditional research idea is to analyze the IT operation and maintenance project by combining the relevant theories of project management,and give the optimization plan and suggestions for the IT operation and maintenance project,or use operation and maintenance management system to improve the efficiency of IT operation and maintenance project management and service quality.As the IT system is getting bigger and bigger,the system structure is more and more complex,and there are more and more relationships within the project,and the time requirement for dealing with emergencies is also higher,the traditional way of thinking can no longer effectively solve the problems in IT operation and maintenance project management.Knowledge The knowledge graph can realize the systematization of information,and the realization of Q&A system on the basis of knowledge graph can realize the sharing of project information,improve the efficiency of information acquisition,and help solve the problems in IT operation and maintenance project management.The research content and specific findings of this thesis are as follows:1.Taking Company S as the research object,we systematically sorted out the problems in the operation and maintenance project management of Company S’s Telematics platform from the aspects of system operation environment,internal relationship,and information management,and found that Company S’s Telematics platform operation and maintenance project exists the problems of complex system operation environment,complex internal relationship of the project,and backward means of information management.The idea of applying knowledge graph to the operation and maintenance project management of S company’s car networking platform is proposed.2.Construct the knowledge graph of S company’s Telematics platform operation and maintenance project.Ontology construction is accomplished by clarifying the purpose and scope of ontology construction,listing the important concepts in the domain,defining the hierarchy by dividing the knowledge domain,and defining the attributes and relationships of the classes.Then extract the entities and relationships to complete the knowledge graph data collection.After completing the data collection,the data will be stored in Neo4 j.Finally,the knowledge graph of the operation and maintenance project of the car networking platform of S company will be displayed and initially analyzed.3.Based on the constructed knowledge graph,design and develop the Q&A system for the operation and maintenance project of S company’s Telematics platform.And apply the Q&A system to the operation and maintenance project management of Company S’s Telematics platform.After the Q&A system has been used for a period of time on line,the operating effect of the Q&A system is analyzed from the use of the personnel of the Q&A system of the Telematics platform operation and maintenance project and the three indicators of user satisfaction,operation and maintenance response time,and the number of complaints about the operation and maintenance project before and after the use of the Q&A system.It is found that the use of the Q&A system significantly improves user satisfaction,shortens the failure response time of the operation and maintenance project,and the number of project complaints also decreases significantly,providing users with a better experience of using the car.In summary,the research in this thesis proves the effectiveness of applying knowledge graph in IT operation and maintenance project management,enriches the research field of knowledge graph,and provides new ideas and methods for the research of IT operation and maintenance project information management. |
