The automobile industry is an important pillar of the national economy.Today,with the great development of communication technology,the Internet,and artificial intelligence,the industry is rapidly turning on the trend of intelligence & networking,and entering a period of transformation with strong demand.The scale of China’s automobile market is huge,but the competition is very fierce.In order to guide the development of the industry,the state has issued a series of policies conducive to development.Under the influence of technology,market and policy,the reform is in full swing,and the degree of intelligence & networking of newly sold cars has increased dramatically.As the foundation of this transformation,the Internet of Vehicles has also ushered in a significant market opportunity.This paper takes X Company’s Internet of Vehicles business as the research object,and studies the business development strategy in the period of industrial transformation.Based on the development background and reform trend of the automobile industry,this paper firstly expounds the industrial value and broad market prospect of the Internet of Vehicles,combined with the specific definition and business connotation of the Internet of Vehicles.Then,it sorts out the entrepreneurial background,business structure and supplier role of X Company,and expounds the current situation of the rapid development of the company’s Io V business as a whole.After that,it analyzes the related industry macro environment and various competitive factors using PEST and Porter’s Five Forces Model,and analyzes the internal & external development factors combined with the characteristics of industrial transformation using SWOT,and then points out that the most important factor for the development of X Company’s Io V business is its core production and research capabilities.Based on this conclusion,an in-depth analysis is carried out from the three dimensions of project,product and technology,and a series of specific business strategies such as focusing on project added value and versatility,improving product usability,strengthening technology brand building,and adopting standardized technology are given,to help continuously accumulate and refine core production and research capabilities while implementing customer projects,and form a rich product library and solution library,thereby promoting the healthy and sustainable development of X Company’s Io V business.Finally,this paper points out that X Company’s major project manager system and construction of comprehensive engineering management talents are strong guarantees for business development,and X Company can further strengthen the improvement of relevant systems,as well as the mining and cultivation of relevant talents.
