Solid rocket ramjet is one of the most important developing orientations of tactical missile powertrains,which has the advantages of high specific impulse,simple structure,reliable operation,convenient instruction,etc.Gas-solid mixing and combustion process of primary gas and air is the key factor that determines ramjet performance.In order to further improve the working performance and widen the flight envelope of ramjet,it is necessary to carry out research on the mixing and combustion process in chamber.This thesis has used a combination of numerical simulation and experiments to investigate the correlation law between primary gas and air for mixing degree and combustion efficiency in chamber,analyze the influence of gas-solid mixing on the combustion process,and further deepen the understanding of the mechanism of the mixing and combustion process.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.A criterion based on current particle mass was proposed to describe the mixing degree between air and particles in primary gas.The distribution of mixing degree and combustion efficiency under various working stations was obtained.Statistical analysis and experimental verification methods were used to determine the correlation law that combustion efficiency increases with the addition of mixing degree firstly,and then remains unchanged.2.A gas-solid mixing and combustion test method was designed.Combined with the test and numerical simulation analysis,the coupling law between mixing degree and combustion efficiency in gas-solid flow was verified,and the influence of air-fuel ratio,mass flow rate and size of particle were obtained.3.The ground direct connection test of solid ramjet rocket was carried out to verify the coupling law between mixing degree and combustion efficiency under real working conditions.The combustion efficiency was increased by 6.5% in the test,indicating that the coupling law of mixing degree and combustion efficiency is applicable to solid rocket ramjet under real operating conditions.
