With the rapid development and gradual installation and application of high-power jamming equipment,strong electromagnetic pulse weapons,high-power microwave weapons,and laser weapons,the high power electromagnetic threats to electronic information systems are very prominent.For high power electromagnetic attacks,when the electromagnetic wave strength reaches a certain level to saturate the front-end sensitive components of the electronic information system,the system will also invalid and not to work normally.After the attack stops,it will resume normal work.The study studies the strong electromagnetic suppression methods and devices,focusing on the miniaturization of strong electromagnetic protection module for RF channels.The main research content and results of the thesis include:1.A single-channel strong interference suppression method based on the FBAR delay structure is proposed.The group delay provided by the FBAR filter replaces the bulky coaxial line delay structure.For overcoming the shortcoming of the heavy coaxial line as the delay device in the strong interference suppression device,the FBAR filter is proposed to used as the delay structure.The analysis of the principle of single-channel strong interference suppression is completed,while the simulation of the design of the FBAR filter and the experimental measurement of strong interference suppression is carried out.2.A strong interference suppression method based on phase-locked loop structure is proposed,which reversely cancels the two branch signals through a passive circuit,which better solves the problem of low integration of existing strong interference suppression devices.This study conducted the simulation and design of a strong interference suppression system based on a phase-locked loop(PLL)structure.The principle of the strong interference suppression method of the PLL-like structure is analyzed,and the circuit components of the PLL-like structure are designed and simulated.Finally,the performance of the overall structure of the PLL-like structure is simulated and analyzed.
