| In recent years,Suburban Rail Transit has played a significant role in meeting the travel needs of suburban residents, facilitating connections between urban and suburban areas, and optimizing urban spatial planning. However, the current planning and construction of Suburban Rail Transit connections still rely on the experience from inner-city rail transit, resulting in a mismatch between transfer facilities and passengers’ perceived needs.Optimizing the integration of Suburban Rail Transit with other modes of transportation, expanding the service coverage of Suburban Rail Transit and enhancing its attractiveness and passenger satisfaction have become highly regarded topics in this field. Therefore, this thesis, starting from passengers’ perception and needs, conducts a spatio-temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility evaluation of Suburban Rail Transit and studies the key indicators and their effects. This provides technical support for the transfer planning and construction of Suburban Rail Transit stations, ultimately improving the service quality and passenger satisfaction of Suburban Rail Transit transfer systems. The main research content and conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analysis of the characteristics of Suburban Rail Transit transfer systems and the definition of the spatio-temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility concept. This thesis analyzes the characteristics of Suburban Rail Transit transfer systems and clarifies the scope of the transfer process.Based on the existing definitions of perceived accessibility, this thesis defines the concept of Perceived Transfer Accessibility and analyzes its characteristics. In addition, the thesis proposes two concepts,Ratio of Perceived Transfer Time Deviation and Ratio of Perceived Transfer Distance Deviation,to quantify the spatio-temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility of Suburban Rail Transit.(2)Spatio-temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility evaluation indicator analysis for Suburban Rail Transit.Considering the transfer system characteristics and the influencing factors of perceived accessibility, this thesis analyzes and quantifies the spatio-temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility evaluation indicators for Suburban Rail Transit passengers from three dimensions: passenger personal attributes, transfer facilities, and transfer environment. It also explores data collection methods for spatio-temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility indicators to collect perceived transfer data and actual transfer data.(3)Establishing a spatiotemporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility evaluation model based on XGBoost and SHAP.This thesis uses the RRelief F-RF-RFE feature selection algorithm to screen 37 indicators and determine key indicators.Subsequently,it establishes a Suburban Rail Transit spatio-temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility prediction model based on SSA-XGBoost.At the same time, the SHAP framework is used to quantify the importance of evaluation indicators, thereby improving the interpretability of the model.(4)Case study.Focusing on the actual situation of Jinhua Rail Transit, this thesis selects nine stations as research objects and conducts a spatio-temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility evaluation by investigating and analyzing the perceived data and actual data of station connections.During the evaluation process, the thesis analyzes the differences between spatial Perceived Transfer Accessibility evaluation and temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility evaluation and uses XGBoost and SHAP models to determine the importance of key evaluation indicators. In addition, the thesis analyzes the differences in the importance of spatial Perceived Transfer Accessibility indicators under different distance partitions and the importance of temporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility indicators under different time partitions. The spatiotemporal Perceived Transfer Accessibility evaluation can more accurately reflect passengers’ actual transfer needs and feelings, providing strong technical support for the planning and construction of Suburban Rail Transit station transfer facilities.By improving the service quality and passenger satisfaction of Suburban Rail Transit, this research will help enhance the attractiveness of Suburban Rail Transit, promote the development of areas surrounding stations, drive regional economic growth. |
