Good maintainability of ship equipment is a necessary condition to ensure the combat readiness and sustainable combat capability of the ship.Aiming at the problems of long test period,high test cost and insufficient test safety caused by the physical objects in traditional maintainability tests,and the large maintenance action error and low maintainability evaluation accuracy caused by the difficulty of establishing force and haptics in virtual maintainability tests,this paper simulates the test conditions by superimposing a small number of core physical equipment with the virtual cabin environment.With the support of virtual/augmented reality technology,the research on maintainability test and evaluation technology of ship equipment based on virtual-real fusion is carried out.The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the full investigation of maintainability test evaluation methods and virtual-real fusion technology,the maintainability evaluation requirements of ship equipment are analyzed,the quantification methods for the main operational maintainability qualitative indexes such as visibility and accessibility are formulated,the construction methods of the real maintainability test,the virtual maintainability test and the virtual-real fusion maintainability test system are determined,and the basic conditions of the virtual-real fusion maintainability test of the rear auxiliary engine room of the ship are established.(2)In order to realize the scene fusion of the maintainability test environment and the physical prototype,a virtual-real fusion maintainability test scene construction method based on ORB(Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF)feature extraction and ICP(Iterative Closest Point)point cloud registration is proposed.In-depth study of SIFT(Scale-Invariant Feature Transform),ORB and other physical feature extraction methods,simulation analysis and optimization are carried out,the ICP registration of physical features and digital prototype feature point cloud is realized,and a virtual-real fusion maintainability test scene of the ship’s rear auxiliary engine room based on AR glasses is constructed.(3)In order to realize the high-precision maintainability evaluation based on the virtual-real fusion test,the influencing factors and generation mechanism of the test error are analyzed,the error compensation of human test information is made full use of the synchronously generated virtual human test information,and the maintainability verification strategy based on virtual and real test information fusion based on adaptive weighting algorithm and censored SPOT(Sequential Posterior Odd Test)method is proposed.The virtual-real fusion maintainability test of a certain engine is carried out and compared with the virtual test and the physical test,which fully verifies the accuracy and credibility of the virtual-real fusion maintainability test.
