With the development of Air Traffic Control(ATC)monitoring technology,Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B)technology,with its advantages of higher positioning accuracy and lower construction cost than traditional methods,has rapidly become the main research technology in the world.The research and application of ground-based ADS-B technology has been relatively mature,but the ground-based ADS-B still has some problems,such as limited coverage and difficult installation in mountains,ocean,desert and polar regions.Space-based ADS-B has the ability of global coverage and can meet the needs of surveillance.Many countries compete to carry out the research on space-based ADS-B technology based on low orbit satellite constellation system.A preliminary study is made on how to evaluate the quality of space-based ADS-B data,what theoretical guidance is needed to use space-based ADSB data,and what specific applications of space-based ADS-B data are available.The main research content of this thesis includes the following three aspects:Firstly,the quality evaluation method of space-based ADS-B data is studied.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the domestic research and development status of ADS-B related aspects of extraterrestrial base,aiming at how to evaluate the quality of ADS-B data of satellite base,a data quality evaluation model is proposed creatively by selecting some data evaluation indexes,and the data quality evaluation of ADS-B data of “Tian Tuo-5” satellite is carried out.The quantitative index of ADS-B data quality evaluation of “Tian Tuo-5” satellite under this model is obtained.Secondly,the data fusion of ADS-B and S mode is studied.The space-based ADSB and S mode data fusion algorithm is innovated,and the data fusion experiment is carried out by using the ADS-B data of “Tian Tuo-5” satellite and S mode data.The location distribution of global secondary radar stations is obtained through the design algorithm and simulation experiment.Finally,the application of space-based ADS-B data in satellite-satellite and satellite-ground data fusion and traffic situation awareness at flight level are studied.The CAT-021 encoding and decoding of ADS-B data based on HD-2A satellite is implemented.Based on the data of “Tian Tuo-5”,“HD-2A”,“HD-2C” and “HD-2D”satellite,the multi-satellite data fusion experiment of ADS-B was carried out.The data fusion of satellite and ground is studied to realize the data fusion of specific Arctic route.The successful application of satellite-based ADS-B data in satellite-based and satellite-based data fusion has improved ATC surveillance capability by more than 50%.The in-orbit performance of ADS-B receiving capability of “Tian Tuo-5” satellite is analyzed.Based on the existing space-based ADS-B data,the global flight-level traffic situation awareness and the flight-level traffic situation awareness in specific regions are carried out,which improves the flight-level management and flow control capability in all regions of the world.This thesis studies the quality assessment and data mining methods of space-based ADS-B data.The research on space-based ADS-B data has important theoretical significance and practical value,and lays a solid foundation for the construction and application of ADS-B system of low orbit-based satellite constellation in the next step.
